Fantastic experience: The whole concept is great: the fact the in 25 minutes you can have a complete workout and work all muscles at the same time is amazing. You choose how intense you want to go. The booking system works seamlessly. The staff is great. It is so personalized, they really take care of you and your needs. I’ve been enrolled for more than a year now and don’t plan to stop. Fantastic experience: Jennifer is so sweet and accommodating! I called to schedule an appointment for my first spray tan and she walked me through all the steps before hand. She greeted me at the door and was very professional during the process and made me feel super comfortable. I am very happy with my tan, it was just the right amount of color and the glow I was looking for before my trip to the Bahamas! Fantastic experience: I have been searching for a custom spray tan service that would provide the look i was trying to obtain for a while. I tried a few but never got what i hoped for until i found Jennifer. I love going to see her. She's super friendly, works with your schedule and takes pride in her work. Unlike a public gym, it's a place where people who are dedicated to improving their levels of strength and fitness go to learn from the best. Many IFBB pro trainers and athletes who are preparing for the next Mr. Olympia or NPC or IFBB event can regularly be found at Amp'd Up. Since I have started training with owner/operator Richard Masone, I am stronger at 58 than I ever was at 28, having added 75 lbs. to bench press PB and over 100 lbs to Squat PB. Trainers and members are are always personable and considerate and there is always plenty of room for multiple trainers and their clients to train simultaneously. If you're serious about achieving peak performance and fitness Amp'd Up has the resources and staff to give you the tools and motivation to get there.

Jennifer does the best Spraytanning very natural, I would not go anywhere else. Always recommend this spot to my girlfriends and they have never been disappointed! Fantastic experience: I love coming here! It's a gym for trainers to train their clients in a more private setting. It's a great gym for someone who values privacy while working out and the ability to work at your own pace unlike big gyms with a lot of people around watching you train. Fantastic experience: This gym is great for a variety of reasons As a woman you'll always feel safe because there aren't any random people in there - everyone that is there is either with a trainer or is being trained by one of the owners - unlike other gyms where you have no idea where the people have come from. I have a real thing about neatness and cleanliness and this gym meets my needs, it's clean, neat and people pick up after themselves. Most of the people there are professionals which is quite inspiring; it's a different level of commitment than you get at a regular gym that anyone can use. Finally , the mix is men to women is almost even which is pretty cool. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been a client of Amp’d Up Personal Training for about 4 months. I enjoy every second of being there. The trainers are great, super knowledgeable and in better shape than trainers in bigger gyms which says a lot about their expertise. Theres also a lot to be said about mom and pop shops, and this is exactly that; Personalized service, easy to get a hold of, great new equipment, and fulltime Pro bodybuilders at your fingertips. The place is very clean including the bathroom.

The place is nice, equipment always wiped down bathroom clean they offer towels that are clean never smelly It’s very quaint the owners are very nice everyone that goes there is personable. She is great and very in tune with her clients. I have old work injuries and she has created my workouts around them so I still get the maximum from my sessions.
