I’ve lost 10 pounds and toned my body up in a short period of time! They stay on top of you and even give you a diet plan which I think is pretty amazing, most places I’ve gone to don’t care as much for you as they do here. Fantastic experience: I have not only lost pounds but toned up nicely working out at Garza Gym in Pembroke Park Florida. The Gym is clean and the staff is friendly and professional. The workouts are tough but effective, if you are looking to get into shape for the summer this is the place to be!!!
