Fantastic experience: This is the best gym in Holland for the money. I love this place, they have everything I want in a fitness center. My wife loves how friendly the staff is, and they are always willing to help. If your near Holland check them out. You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Love to see a non-commercial gym like this! If I was local I’d drive well out of my way to use the facility. Visiting family and stopped by; equipment is top of the line, clean, Tom was working and offered us a tour & was super nice. I’d love to pick this place up and drop it in Metro Detroit because we are missing out!

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best gym around holland!! The owners are so welcoming and friendly. Most of their equipment and free weights are brand new. The best part is they have a sauna in both bathrooms.

Fantastic experience: This place is awesome. They have everything I need, sled, row machine, and tons of free weights for whatever exercise you need. 24 hour access for members is great as well. I do wish they had a couple "normal" treadmills, but I can live with the curved self powered ones.

Fantastic experience: Just a phenomenal gym. All the right equipment. The layout and space is great. The light coming in and atmosphere is perfect. Lots of room to maneuver. Never feels crowded. Great place to get down to business and work on you.

Fantastic experience: The owners are very welcoming. So glad I found this gym! Heather is so helpful. Thank you for guiding me in the most basic ways to get started on a program I can do to meet my needs and the great facility you guys made to accommodate so many different needs. Tip if you want to tan at a specific time come before 3:30pm. In the ladies' restroom area there's lockers just for when you're using this area, a dry rocks only sauna, two main shower stalls and one special needs shower stall they are all a nice size. The treadmills are automatic. They go with your speed you're going. That's wonderful!

Fantastic experience: I love this place cuz the owners and most of the people are very friendly! Its not expensive to work out here and its 24/7! Its old school equipment with bench presses and squat racks to build muscle! The owners will build a new building soon!

Fantastic experience: I was on a three month training plan with Charlotte and she was EXACTLY the type of trainer I needed. She was always willing to work WITH me and didn't only have one specific way of training. She would always change up the work outs and test my body and push it to it's limits while being respectable of my needs and wants out of a work out plan. I've dealt with disordered eating before and she never made me do anything to trigger my past. If anything she worked with it really well. I went down from an XL shirt to a small and down a few pant sizes as well but the best part is that I FEEL good. I have so much more energy and actually look forward to my work outs. My 3 month training program is over but I've decided to continue because Iron Lab is the only place that's made me feel like their programs and trainers work with you. 10/10 would recommend Iron Lab and Charlotte Kapitza!

They allow filming and photos in the gym which is great for my apparel brand, Spire Athletics, content. 10/10 would recommend this gym!

Fantastic experience: I went to this gym 3 times during my Christmas visit in 2017. Their day pass was an awesome deal! In addition to all the weights and aerobic machines you would normally see at a gym, they had a couple of rooms dedicated to obstacle course type training. The staff was dedicated to keeping the gym clean and welcomed me genuinely (Ashton was very nice and knowledgeable). I will be back next Christmas visit!

Fantastic experience: Great strength and functional fitness gym. Plenty of strength equipment and some great functional equipment like tires, ropes, kettlebells, heavy bags. Cardio equipment is older, but functional. Price is right, sauna, showers and kids club. Has everything I need.

A friendly atmosphere, daycare, 24 hour access, equipment that's maintained, and much more for a fraction of what any other gym around offers.
