Fantastic experience: I recently joined family fitness. I was at planet fitness prior to joining and I'm enjoying family fitness exceedingly more than planet. The employees at family fitness are much more friendly and it's genuine. Brandon and Becca are both extremely helpful and make it a point to greet everyone as the come in and help with whatever else they can. I like that you can lift weights and not trigger a lunk alarm, so that's pretty cool. Overall, I am very satisfied with my switch to family fitness

Fantastic experience: Great price for a great gym and there is daycare, always a plus for working parents! The staff is very friendly and they keep the gym immaculate! I attend the Zumba class with Regina who is an amazing instructor and makes working out fun, the hour flies by!

Fantastic experience: Family Fitness has want I need to complete a great workout. Their staff, like Chelsea, makes you feel comfortable with asking questions or a simple "hello". Plenty of free weights, machine weights and cardo equipment to keep busy. Couldn't really ask for more.

Fantastic experience: Love the environment and the daycare! My girl loves going with me to workout now! We used to go to MVP and had to cancel because she would cry the whole time at MVP daycare. Prices are awesome as well! Big shout out to Becca, Chelsea, and Emily! Those girls rock!

Fantastic experience: I have been working out for years here before it was family fitness and since they took over and started to manage it, it has become a reputable gym. Their staff is what makes the difference. Chelsea, Brandon and Becca are great at what they do. Accommodating when I have questions about the gym or services. And always follow up with me when they don't have a answer the same day. Fantastic experience: Been going here for years. The gym has all the weights needed to get to your goals. Becca, Chelsea, and Brandon always greet me when I come in. The staff is friendly and approachable. I am excited to see what the renovations will look like. As the gym has grown it has gained more equipment. Affordable, clean, 24/7 access, and the members are friendly as well, it is a great environment to work out in.

Fantastic experience: I've been going as a guest for about a month. Great gym and it's always clean. I finally decided to sing up as a member lastnight. Brandon was awsome with all information he gave me and the special they have for new members right now, can't beat that anywhere else. Looking forward to awesomeness!

Fantastic experience: They have a large variety of machines, cardio equipment, and duplicate dumbbells. The facilities are clean and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Branden is a god among men. His deep understanding of physics allows him to lift heavy with ease.

Fantastic experience: One of the best gym experiences I've had in Holland, MI. When I moved in here I was looking for: - friendly environment; - group classes; - good price deal; - local business (preferably family owned business). After long researching and visiting multiple gyms in the area (both south and north side) I walked into Family Fitness and was really stunned to find out that all my checkmarks had been crossed in here. It is also under new ownership and the owner is doing lots of improvements inside: new flooring, new workout machines, fresh painting, remodeling of the daycare, group class room, cafeteria, etc. Highly recommend this gym!

The classes are great and its a big reason why this gym is better than the big commercial gyms. I highly recommend trying this health club.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, affordable memberships, and the affiliate personal trainers are great, too. There's a specific area that's women-only and the gym has a wide range of equipment as well as a few good classes that come with a membership. Great place!

Fantastic experience: Family fitness in Holland is one awesome place to get in shape with lots of fitness class like kick boxing and Zumba. The trainers are really good and experienced. I worked with Nick who is a gym trainer he has a sound knowledge n skills. He makes lighter weight heavier in a right way. I worked with Sam who is a Kick boxing trainer, she has really high energy which motivates to go beyond your limits..... The staff is very kind and good always having smile on there face which makes us feel good and comfortable...

Fantastic experience: The gym is clean as well as their locker room. My favorite service with this gym is the daycare. I love that I can work out while my daughter is being supervised and making friends. She gives me an extra push to go when there isn't a time I want to because of the fact she wants to see her friends.

The only gym in town that actually sat and tried to negotiate a deal that worked perfect for me and where I am financially. Also, love that it has a variety of weights and equipment that suit my fitness needs!

Fantastic experience: I joined Family Fitness 2 almost three years ago. I was 41 and 209 pounds post baby. When I joined I was very nervous! Staff was so kind and helpful. I was quickly guided by one of the best trainers/class instructors there, Tammy. She helped me get on track. I soon made many friends. My dear friend Leisel was so helpful, she took me under her wing and helped me learn how to workout. Within the first year I had lost 50 pounds. I am now there all the time. Thanks to the daycare...which has a loving and talented staff, I can come as much as I want. My daughter loves it. The trainers are amazing. The cleaning lady is the best. If you come you will meet Becca, she always has a smile on your face and can help in anyway you may need. Matt is the best as well, so funny and extremely knowledgeable, he will encourage and motivate you to succeed! Overall Family Fitness has changed my life. I love it!!!

Very large room for training course ,;or stretching Free sweat clothes for using while working out . The area very close for me save time save money . very nice stuffs and instructor{ trainer} I can sign up for any classes plus there are drawing tickets every three months giving away free gifts. cool !.
