Fantastic experience: I got to drop in for a week while I was TDY at Fort Stewart, GA. Great drop-in rate, fun workouts, and a fun and friendly atmosphere. I’ll be sure to workout there again the next time I am in town!

Fantastic experience: Coach Mike is amazing! Members consists of masters to teens, seasoned crossfiters to 1st timers. No matter who walks in the door to work out, Coach Mike will make sure you are where you need to. Plus, classes are small, which helps you not feel overwhelmed. Great place over all and a total family affair ❤️ LTWC is more then a box, it’s a family!

Mike and Omara are great at what they do! Mike pays close attention to every person and makes sure they get a fun and safe experience while Omara runs everything behind the scene and ensures things go smoothly day to day. I'm so very thankful for this gym and every person in it. I was ready to give up CrossFit and because of them and this family they created, my fire is reignited and I look forward to working out there!

Mike is extremely patient, detail oriented and the best in the business at scaling movements to meet your needs and abilities. The atmosphere is fun, welcoming and family friendly.
