Fantastic experience: I hate working out, but Coach Cason makes it bare-able with his one more two more saying! He encourages us to keep it moving and that we only get out of it what we put into working out! Great place and people.

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms I have ever been to. Coach Cason and Mrs. Toni definitely take pride in what they do, which reflects in the gym, the workouts, and all the members. The workouts are intense, but it allows you options to get through even if you cannot keep up with the intensity. Unlike all the other gyms I have ever been a member of, attended, etc., Xplosive Fitness feels like home when I walk in. If you have not contacted Coach Cason to test out a class, you're definitely missing out! Go see them & get a taste of the #litework going on.

With 45 minutes of lite work per session, the personal training, and the attentiveness he shows to each client, great workouts were you will definitely break a sweat.. 45 minutes of lite work with Xplosive Fitness and little motivation is all you need to begin your fitness journey
