FIT HUB is a studio-style gym specializing in personal training and small group classes. It is owned and operated by Brittany Shaw, who is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Brittany graduated from Wake Forest University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Exercise Science. She also graduated from Wake Forest School of Medicine, Department of Physician Assistant Studies, and works as a General Surgery Physician Assistant for Wake Forest Medical Center in High Point, NC. Her background also includes directing a Medical Weight Loss program for UNC Healthcare.
