It's a new year, so why not make a new you with BSGEN? Our talented and knowledgeable instructors have over 45 years of combined experience, and we offer a variety of 17 classes a week. Plus, we keep classes fresh, fun, and challenging, so you'll never get bored. So what are you waiting for? Come join us and get fit in 2022!

There is some exciting news to share! Schoettle Fitness has a new owner and a new name! Tammy Haile took over on January 1st and has renamed it Body Strong Group Exercise & Nutrition. We will still have the same great classes and wonderful instructors, but will now also be offering nutritional guidance to help the whole family live a healthier lifestyle!

We are thrilled to have Denise Keeter join our team of instructors at Schoettle Fitness! She will be teaching Pilates on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:30AM. Come take a class and meet her!

Fantastic experience: I tried the Body Strong Class in April 2017 after a few months away from fitness. Georgianne was friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Her class is just challenging enough to keep you engaged, and she has modifications for those that want to step up the difficulty. Over the last year and a half, I've worked out in many of the many classes offered with the other fabulous instructors, as well, and I'll keep coming back!
