Fantastic experience: Great gym in Healdsburg. No subscription fee, just a fair, flat monthly rate. Clean and spacious and you never really have to wait to use a machine. Has everything you need to get a good workout. Moving away so had to cancel, but if I was ever back this would be the gym I would choose.

Fantastic experience: I joined Motion in September and it’s been great. I didn’t want to pay a large gym extra money for a lot of services that I wouldn’t use in a year. The gym equipment is well maintained and the place is always clean and orderly. I have a flexible work schedule so I can go to the gym any time and Motion is 24 hour access so I can avoid peak times. Fantastic experience: Dropped in for the weekend. I have never experienced the whole 24/7 gym and let me tell you it’s Awesome! Being able to come in bright and early in order to knock out my workout before heading to the wineries/airport was by far my favorite part. Lori was absolutely wonderful to work with when it came to getting a key. The gym has every machine, cardio, DB and/or accessory piece that you could want/need. The gym is super clean and quite honestly spacious too! Definitely the gym you want to look into/drop into whether your here on vacation or a local

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym, clean and fresh equipment!! I've been to 3 different gyms from Cloverdale to Santa Rosa and Motion has to be my favorite!! Great staff and a very reasonable price, no contact a big if your looking for a gym give them a try!!

Fantastic experience: A well equipped gym, best part is it being 24 hours

Positive experience: I've been a member at this gym since 2017. This gym has excellent equipment and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. However, this gym is simply not big enough anymore. From 4pm to about 9:30pm this mf packed! There's simply not enough equipment and too many people. I think they took more memberships than this gym could handle. This used to never be a problem but there's been a surplus of people recently (probably the pandemic). I hope they expand this gym in the future because there's just not enough space anymore. Even more annoying when half the people in this gym don't even be working out, their just on the phone 90 percent of the time.

Fantastic experience: Great, friendly place for people of all body types. Good for those who just want to work out when ever they want without any pressure.

Fantastic experience: I am not a gym person. Not at all. But I needed to make a change in my health so I am making the effort. I am SO thankful I found Motion! I can't say enough good things. Great people, clean equipment, wonderful atmosphere, and an attitude of acceptance. I haaaaate the aggressive, negative "gym scene" and Motion is anything but. 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: I'm a member here. Very clean and comfortable environment. I recently went through a hard time and had not gone to gym in a while. Lori reached out many times in the last month and I explained my personal hardships and I am going back!!!! It is very nice to feel encouraged to keep going.
