Fantastic experience: I absolute hate Cardio but F45 structure makes it much less painful for me. You go in for 45 minutes, and that's all you really need to do instead of wandering around the gym for 2 hours. Consider the $169/month price tag at other F45 studios, having FREE unlimited access at the WSU location is a blessing!
