Fantastic experience: A perfect space for any training session - everything you could need. Competition barbells and specialty bars (SSB! Cambered!), tons of dumbbells, so many racks, calibrated plates (!), a belt squat, GHDs, plenty of cable machines. Turfed area and yoke. And a few varieties of cardio machines, if you're into that. Even to a traveling outsider, it's clear that Orlando and Mai have built a hell of a space and a community in this building. They were so welcoming and accommodating to us on a Saturday night!
