Fantastic experience: Natalie is a small business owner and a wonderful trainer who pushes you to your limits! I’m in such a better condition since I work out with Natalie. The group exercises are fun and the classes are small. It’s a nice environment to exercise with nice people around you! Whether you are at the beginning of your fitness journey or already working out with Natalie- you will always feel great after her workouts :-)
