Fantastic experience: A wonderful place to take the kids for indoor sports. Its huge. They have a snack bar that is cash only. They serve beer and admission is free.

Fantastic experience: I'm more of a distance runner and briefly lift. I wanted to try crossfit for awhile. I'm so glad I did. This place is great. The coaches all care about each individual. They are amazing and the place has a family vibe. It can be difficult but results aren't supposed to come easy. Definitely check this place out. I've worked with Duprie, Bob, Jess and Chris and they all were great. Love that they have morning, day and evenings times for classes.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Quality Very welcoming gym. They really go out of their way to help new members feel comfortable. Don't be intimidated by CrossFit as they will totally work with you and will modify anything.

Fantastic experience: Great coaches who really take the time to teach you the fundamentals. Everyone there is great, friendly and willing to help guide and motivate you. The early morning workout has been a perfect way to kickstart my day! Highly recommended for new or veteran crossfit fans!

Fantastic experience: Dropped in here to complete Crossfit Open workout 20.3. What a great facility and great coaches! When I reached via Facebook, they responded promptly with details for dropping in and class times. The facility is large, clean and very well equipped. The coaches/owners ard great. I will always drop in here whenever I am visiting Cincinnati.

Fantastic experience: Loved visiting this box 3x during my 5 day stay in nearby Harrison OH. The staff and members were friendly and made me feel welcome. Each visit, I was approached and greeted by them. WOD’s started on time and were well led. Great location and equipment.

Fantastic experience: I drop into this box every time I am in town. They have an amazing staff, well structured workouts, and a great environment. I have been a drop in, at many different places across the US. This by far has been the best. You couldn’t find a better place to workout.
