Fantastic experience: All the trainers are extremely knowledgeable and take extra care to make sure all exercises are done properly. The classes are small so you receive personalized instruction even though you are in a group setting.
Fantastic experience: I went today for my 2nd covied shot. Very professional everyone needs to get Vaccinated. I hope I do not get any side effects.
