Fantastic experience: Love this place! All of the teachers here are so caring and friendly. I was mostly self taught so I wasn't sure if I'd be able to follow, but they all do a great job explaining each pose. Love the heat too, always feels so good.

Fantastic experience: Hot Asana Yoga is by far my favorite yoga studio. The staff is amazing and the instructors are so knowledgeable. I love the modern music played in class; it offers a fun relatable aspect to those who are transitioning into practicing yoga, and the cool infused towels at the end of class is the perfect way to unwind. I also really enjoyed how if you couldn't keep up you could return to child pose and regroup without an instructor yelling across the room to see if you were okay mid class. Classes really are for every level and detailed modifications are given as class progresses. Loved how you were also taught how to properly incorporate yoga blocks and other tools into your practice. I look forward to many more classes here!
