Fantastic experience: I have been a member for 8+ years and have always enjoyed it because of the family atmosphere! My experience in the past 3 years was significant because of the work that I did with the personal trainers. I had the pleasure of working 1 to 1 with both Doug and Tod. Their knowledge and patience during training was outstanding! This does not include the times that I have stopped to ask a training question and they were happy to answer all my questions. I always feel that the staff's priority is to provide safe and effective workouts! No matter what mood I am in when I enter the gym, I leave smiling because of the friendships I have developed. Everyone is friendly and willing to help each other at any time. My 17 year old daughter is now a member and I was surprised because she always hated running, but now goes regularly for stress relief! The other significant detail for me, is how the gym is housed in the same facility as Hampstead Sports Rehab and Lifetime Chiropractic. I am a patient at both because the convenience to these two services in the same building is extremely important to me. My work with all three facilities has greatly improved my overall physical health!

Fantastic experience: I looked at a few gyms before signing up here. Staff is always friendly and willing to help with any questions or problems. A lot of approachable people willing to help each other. Better than the franchise gym down the road by far.

Fantastic experience: This gym is a gem. Always clean. It is the kind of business where they all know you, greet you and encourage your efforts. You can attend in person or take classes via Zoom. I can't wait to get back there in person. I have made many friends through this gym!

Fantastic experience: Best gym in the area by far. ALWAYS clean, equipment is always 100%. My father is the owner, and has always been the most hard working and dedicated man I’ve ever known. Focused mostly on customer service, quality, safety, and happiness of every single face that walks through the door. He gets to know every client personally, and builds a friendly environment with each individual of all ages. Accommodates to everyone’s individual preference to make sure nobody leaves unhappy. He has successfully designed and created a facility that motivates fitness and nutrition for people of all ages including young children, and makes it fun! The staff has been, and always will be wonderful. We are a giant family, who loves nothing more then creating a positive happy place for everyone to workout in.

Fantastic experience: I have had the opportunity to join a handful of gyms the last 25 years. HHF is complete and thorough in terms of friendliness of staff and cleanliness of gym/locker rooms. But above all else any time the community is in need ownership goes above and beyond to step in and help out. The countless fundraisers and donations is heart warming! Loss of power, no hot water, not a member at HHF... no problem Ted opens his gym to people in need of a shower. Cedardale members get displaced due to fire, no problem Ted offers free memberships to cedardale members looking for a workout. As the saying goes Ted and his staff “impress for a far” but more importantly “impact in near”.

Fantastic experience: Great place to work out, friendly owners and no wait!! Everything is clean and well maintained and the staff are friendly too. You see everyone from teens and up!!
