Fantastic experience: 3 floors, everything from an indoor track and basketball court, to a CrossFit room and hydraulic machines that done use weight but resistance instead. Indoor heated pool and a massive hot tub. Plenty of areas for floor work, stretching, and abs. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.

Fantastic experience: Did cardiac rehab. All the personnel were the greatest. Caring and proficient. My trainer was Kay Maria. I appreciated that she spent time talking to me and making sure I was motivated.

Fantastic experience: I saw Marissa a personal trainer today she was amazing. I completed the health assessment which I did horrible from Years of not working but she made me feel good anyway. She totally lifted my spirits up and has me motivated to get started. I would highly recommend her. If you need a starting point go see her.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym! Let me first start off by saying I'm cheap as HELL...........BUT...... I rather pay more to have a month by month membership like FirstHealth offers. (They have monthly also). Giant sized pool and awesome hottub. Can't wait for the new one to get installed!

Fantastic experience: Such a fantastic place for kids' swim classes. Every one of the instructors here have such incredible patience I don't know how they do it. You can see they care about what they're doing and they all love the kids. Plus as these kids go through each level the lessons come together and make sense so they really do learn.. not just water safety but the mechanics of swimming. They do a fantastic job I can't say enough about it. Love this program they have here.

Fantastic experience: Aquatics staff Corrie Dodds and Katrina Nordgren went above and beyond helping me with lifeguard recertification when an arm injury had not healed quickly well enough to allow me to do the course within the two year time frame. Corrie recommended that I call the Red Cross and explain my situation and see if they might grant me a medical extension. The Red Cross granted the extension and Corrie was extremely helpful in making a lifeguarding recertification course available two months later when my arm had healed up. Katrina was my instructor that day and was amazing as well. Top notch facility and staff!

Fantastic experience: It gets crowded very fast, but everyone is responsible and respectful. The gym is also cleaned thruout the day.

Fantastic experience: Had my daughter's birthday party there today. Austin was great. Exceptional Perfect. With the kids and the activated he did was amazing with the kids and helping out set up and clean up. I would strongly recommend. To others parents that this is a good place to do the birthday parties.

Fantastic experience: I am a first time gym goer and the atmosphere is very welcoming. The building area is expansive with a large pool with lanes and a hot tub. There is also a steam room and sauna. The upstairs track and treadmill area has lots of room for personal space. Also it is a very clean environment no sweaty gym smell or gross equipment. I go multiple times each week and love it each time.
