You have NO EXCUSE but to EXCEL in this atmosphere. If you are a serious high school athlete(you can't beat the price) or competitive bodybuilder, THE GAME is practically handed to you, it's UP TO YOU TO GET IN THERE and WORK.

Fantastic experience: Owner Brian Rogers takes the time to interact with every member of his gym. He is always available to answer questions, show you how to use equipment, offer a spot, crack a joke to make you laugh, or guide you so you get the most out of your workouts. When you walk into Atilis you will find an updated sparkling clean environment and friendly members. You can always find encouragement, a smile, or someone saying hello. One of my favorite things about the gym is all ages and abilities are welcomed. We all have a common goal to keep our hearts healthy and our bodies moving. If you are into classes, I highly recommend taking Deana’s spin class. The Real Ryder Indoor Cycles allow you to lean, balance, turn, and steer. It’s a full body challenge but also increases core strength and stability. Deana will have you torching calories with her high energy and killer play list. Atilis will help you reach your goals and make you giggle along the way.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic 24/7 hour gym. Two floors full of every equipment immaginable. Free and cable weight equipment, cardio equipment, large stretching/yoga area with boxing bags. Equipment is all brand new and facility constantly is cleaned by professional cleaners. Everyone here is extremely friendly and welcome. Cant recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: Joined a few years ago when it was Flex Fitness. The redesign and new equipment was worth the wait during reconstruction. The location is also great since it is in our neighborhood.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been working out at powerhouse (formerly flex) for a few years now. As someone who’s part of a gym ownership team for 15 years I can tell you that of the many clubs/gyms I have to choose from besides my own to train at - this is the one that I use and has always been my favorite. Professionally run, great hours, friendly environment and the renovations are phenomenal with tremendous variety of equipment. The best part is there’s no “nonsense”. It’s not dirty, it’s not over crowded, it’s not judgmental, and there’s not clientele that are members for the wrong reasons. In a culture where gym members have just become “numbers in a system” this is a gym that opposes that business model and you will personally be valued at and treated well. Check this club out and you won’t be disappointed.
