Fantastic experience: When moving to GW 5 years ago, I joined GAC & CrossFit. Not only has my health improved drastically, I’ve met the best group of people! True encouragers. The staff is top notch. I love the classes they offer. They have showers and provide everything you need if you’re working out and need to get ready quickly to head somewhere. They have tanning. And child care - the child care workers are the best and I’m thankful I can Leave my kids there knowing they’re safe and I don’t have to stress during my workout. the office staff has worked with me anytime i need to make a change to my account or with payment questions! I’m very happy with this gym. 5 stars from me

Positive experience: Equipment is good but not great. They need a Smith machine with rotating stop for after hours clients to safely bench press.
