Positive experience: Great gym, wonderful equipment. Staff can be a mystery to find at times, and the hours are mystical closing sometimes an hour early.

Fantastic experience: More weight than you can use in a day... iron or bumper plates. Best CrossFit place in town!

Fantastic experience: I joined Crossfit Tier 1 about 6months ago and couldn’t be happier. I’ve met some great people, the coaching is great and the programming is for all levels of athletes. Anything from beginner to competitor, Tier 1 has it.

Ownership changed May 2017, and as impossible as it may have sounded, Tier1 got even better. New owners brought a passion and drive into the place I didn't know was missing. I've never been in better shape, or in better health. I cannot recommend this place strongly enough. They have literally changed my life for the better in so many ways. Come check us out and see what you didn't know you were missing!
