Fantastic experience: As someone who has not spent much time in a gym or lifting weights, Amber and Amanda have helped me develope an excitement for weight lifting and exercise, and it has become a part of my life. They take time to make sure I am properly lifting and moving my body as to not injure myself, and also to get the most out of each movement. I would highly recommend Falls Fitness to anyone, at any fitness level!
