BigSky CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that is designed to improve your overall fitness. The program is based on the principles of CrossFit, which is a fitness regimen that was developed by former Navy Seal Greg Glassman.
Since 2011, our mission has been to provide inclusive fitness training to individuals from all walks of life. Our motto is CrossFit Here, To Be Better Out There, and we pride ourselves on getting our members to do just that. Over the years, Big Sky CrossFit coaches have helped athletes, moms, grandpas, soldiers, firefighters, kids, and people just like you meet and exceed their health and fitness goals. Whether your goal is to climb a peak in Glacier Park, to play with your kids and grandkids in the backyard without getting too winded, to lose 40 pounds or to gain 20 pounds; If you are training to be a competitive athlete, or just wanting to be better than you were yesterday, we will meet you at your current ability level and help you improve. Our knowledgeable staff and encouraging atmosphere will inspire you to gain confidence and be on your way to a healthier and happier life.
