Fantastic experience: Great yoga studio with very knowledgeable instructors. I've been to 3 heated classes with class pass and loved all 3. It's a small studio and can be a little crowded but it's very clean modern.

Fantastic experience: When I signed up for membership over a year ago, I felt I found my “home.” I regularly take classes from Amanda, Tara and Diane. Depending on my schedule I have been able to take classes with April as well. They are great teachers with diverse styles of teaching. I love going to this studio because there’s a sense of community and belonging.

Fantastic experience: I love Inspire yoga. I came to my first class in September and really enjoyed it and I’m now a member. The studio is bright and clean and the staff are all so welcoming. I was a complete beginner and was given lots of help in my first few classes.

Fantastic experience: Diane Pintar is seriously amazing! 3 words, BEND AND BREW! Not only is the guided yoga incredible but then you get to walk over to hop and sting across the street for some great beer! Yoga is not part of my weekly workout routine, so I am definitely not a pro, but Diane makes it so easy and enjoyable. Everyone is at a different expertise level and Diane accommodates everyone. Classes are not super packed but they are never empty. The studio is super clean and offers anything you could possibly need. Everyone is really friendly and makes you feel right at home. I’ve taken multiple yoga formats at the studio and they have all been amazing! Highly recommend this studio and Diane!

Fantastic experience: This studio has become our home. April and her staff are so friendly and welcoming to everyone who comes in. My husband and I became members recently and we enjoy all of the various classes that are offered here. The instructors are great at offering poses at all levels in each class to appeal to whatever level you may be at.

Fantastic experience: Went to a Bend and Brew class and had an awesome time! The class was challenging, yet fun, and the instructor was super encouraging and helpful to a beginner like myself. The staff were very welcoming and polite. The studio has a really cool design/feel to it and was very clean. Can’t wait to go back for another class!

Fantastic experience: 2016 I had major surgery on my back. Two weeks ago I was finally released to begin working out in addition to physical therapy. Tuesday, very nervously, I went to Inspire Yoga for a class. The staff was beyond helpful in assisting me, supportive, and extremely professional. Needless to say, Inspire Yoga is an inspection to me. I urge everyone to try them!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I visited this studio from out of town. Natasha was our instructor for the studio's signature Inspire Hot Vinyasa flow. Her routine was just like the name, inspiring and refreshing. The studio is small, but ultra modern and cozy. The prices are no inexpensive, but the class was well worth our money. As a Yoga instructor myself, I recommend this Yoga studio.

Fantastic experience: This place is exactly what i've been looking for in a yoga studio. They have hot yoga classes available, as well as non-heated ones, which is wonderful if heated yoga is not your thing. The vibe is friendly and energetic from the moment you walk in the door. The studio is clean and beautiful and the staff is very kind and helpful. They are happy to answer any questions and want to help you reach your best potential in your practice. Each class and instructor is different so you're never following the same routine twice. I would highly recommend checking it out!

Fantastic experience: I adore the community of yogis at this location. The instructors are inspirational and teach clearly. The studio is super fresh, clean, and looks fantastic. I love Jesus, and appreciate that it’s easy to worship and focus on Him during my classes and don’t have other beliefs pushed on me.

Fantastic experience: My fiancé and I absolutely love this place. My first experience with Inspire was a few years ago at the Highland Village location with Bethany. And, this new location, does not disappoint. It is just as welcoming and dedicated to one’s own practice as ever before. From the Director, April, who knows you by name and just makes you feel a part of the Inspire yoga family, to the Instructors - our experience here, has been nothing short of spectacular. The “Inspire” classes are our favorite because they are all different and challenging. Angela’s classes are tough and really push you outside of your comfort zone (in a good way), and Tara’s classes are never boring, always a new challenge, you never know what to expect, which makes it an exciting class every time. You can really tell the instructors genuinely enjoy what they do, and they stay true to YOUR Yoga experience in that, this is YOUR practice. They are there to guide you but you never feel pressured to complete a move or embarrassed for trying. The hour is for you, your mat, your intention, your practice. WE LOVE IT HERE!

Fantastic experience: Great classes & instructors! The Inspire classes are great and not nearly as hot as the bikram classes I’ve taken elsewhere. It’s a comfortable level of heat. I love the slow flow classes too! They are not heated at all, and they transition between poses more slowly so it’s easier to keep up if you are a newbie or just like a slower pace.

Fantastic experience: This studio is the real deal!! I was able to take two classes while I was visiting a friend in Dallas for the weekend. The classes were challenging but I felt amazing after class. I wish I lived closer so I could take classes all the time.

Fantastic experience: A+ yoga studio, would recommend. Note: I had never done yoga before going to this studio. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I had no idea what I was doing the first time, but I didn’t feel overwhelmed. Every class I have taken so far was a great experience! A sweaty experience, but a great experience.
