Fantastic experience: I would definitely recommend rebuild to anyone looking into a gym. The workouts are always a little different. They balance hard work and fun very well. I went to rebuild for over a year. The strength training helped me to run my best marathon in 5 years. I also ran my best 5k in over a decade while attending rebuild.
