Fantastic experience: They are a participant of silver sneakers and are a full service health club providing services, some classes for seniors. I think I am going to join after meeting with the member services staff- Paula who gave me all the information on how to sign up with silver sneakers.

Fantastic experience: The best tennis club in town, home of the largest number of USTA amateur teams and school tennis teams in the area. This place has been serving the local community for over half a century and is a great place to exercise, relax and play tennis. It offers indoor and outdoor clay courts, group exercise, full gym, outdoor pool, and is a great place to make friends.

Positive experience: I love that there is an indoor basketball court, the pools, the tennis courts, and the gym! Something for our entire family to enjoy! I just wish it was a little cleaner and more updated, just feels kinda old.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a tennis instructor for your younger kids starting tennis, Coach Mark is your guy! My 5 year old has been taking lessons with Coach Mark for about a year now and not only has she made great improvements but she also loves going to her lessons because she gets to see Coach Mark! I only have experience with him teaching my 5 year old (starting from age 4) but I am sure that every age group that gets the privilege of being coached by Mark will be satisfied and so glad to have met him. He is awesome!

Fantastic experience: Good variety of equipment & cardio machines. Everything is always very clean - locker rooms included. Staff is friendly and takes care of maintenance issues quickly when you let them know! Other gym patrons are also very friendly and polite.

Fantastic experience: Lovely gym has many amenities including pool access and group classes. If you live in Ramblewood apartments or Woodlake apartments, you get a great discount. They also have tennis, basketball court, pickelball, training classes, personal training, and smoothie bar.

Fantastic experience: Love working out here. It's uncrowded, so it's easy to use the machines you want. The outdoor pool is a lot of fun, too. I feel like this facility is a hidden gem in this city.

Fantastic experience: I have had a membership here on and off throughout my life. I took tennis lessons here as a child, it was my first gym membership after moving into my first apartment (in Ramblewood), and I now have a membership here again in my 30's. Obviously they must be doing something right if I keep coming back. They have good, diverse gym facilities, a great outdoor pool area for summer, and the best tennis courts in greater Grand Rapids. Add to that a quality basketball court, sauna, and a lounge you actually want to utilize and you've got a winning combination. There aren't many gyms like this around anymore in the days of Planet Fitness and the YMCA, and that's a shame. Highly recommended - by a lifelong gym rat and athlete.

Fantastic experience: Perfect amount of free weights. Could use updated machines and more variety, but the space is limited. Offices in your gym area are wasted space IMO. staff is always nice, but it is not obvious that the indoor pool is off-site.

Fantastic experience: Well , they was very helpful with me and my mother, we both cant walk and they made it good for us to go in and enjoy the pool and everything else.

Fantastic experience: Good assortment equipment in great shape. Indoor and outdoor swimming pools and tennis courts, saunas, basketball, etc. There's also a big variety of classes that are mostly included free of charge with your membership. Not the cheapest membership, but of high value if you use all the benefits.
