Fantastic experience: While the physical space is neat and functional, not outstanding, I CAN say that the training is superb. I've been "lifting" for almost 50 years - lots of clubs and trainers - and I can honestly say that the training experience i have had with Atiba tops them all. His focus on flexibility, mobility, agility, core and yoga, coupled with very different types of exercises - some with weights, some with rings, some stand alone - makes for an intense, educational and rewarding experience. I feel drained and on top of the world at the same time after our 50 minutes. Plus, he's super affable, listens and encourages. Check him out. Seriously.

Fantastic experience: I had a somewhat unfortunate situation, where I thought I cancelled my membership but instead ended up paying for a year. Most of it was my bad, since I didn't notice it billing my account. They were kind enough to split the cost and get me a lot of my money back. Thank you guys so much!

Fantastic experience: Has a good amount of up to date equipment. Looks like they do CrossFit from the equipment I saw. Seen the trainers do their thing and was impressed.
