Lower Valley Fitness Club

Fantastic experience: I began my fitness journey here at LVFC about 3/4 years ago and the endless motivation and support that I've seen at this gym is amazing. Everyone is very friendly, staff is great! Has a jacuzzi ,pool, sauna, classes even in body scans to get you started on the right path! if your swinging by and need a quick workout or even a membership LVFC is the way to go !

Fantastic experience: Awesome place to workout!! Staff is amazing and very welcoming..the new owners have made some great changes! They offer a variety of different classes with great instructors! ..The owners are constantly adding new equipment for their members to use, they are always willing to listen to new ideas and suggestions! I love being part of the LVFC family! I say family because that is the feeling i get when i come here, motivation and inspiration around every corner! Jorge has showed that he cares about his members and his community by continuously participating in community events and charities. Despite what that swim coach throwing a temper tantrum in the comments says. Great way to represent the Grandview school district, if he did not want other members swimming during the swim practices then follow the proper steps and protocols, many people witnessed him be disrespectful and hostile at the gym keep it classy ...LVFC is a great family orientated place keep up the great work!

Fantastic experience: If your like me you might be hesitant to enter a gym but this is no typical gym, it is a very welcoming atmosphere, the staff is truly awesome. Jorge and cat have gone above and beyond to help members and even those who are not. They are truly humble individuals who are there to help in any way possible. What I love about them is they don't just help and move on, they check on you make sure all is good. I've been here a little over 2 years & what has kept me and my family here is of course the goals I continue to crush , as well as the many classes offered, the pool, not to mention all the equipment that has been brought in. You can not go wrong at lvfc, I PROMISE, if you want to be apart of this awesome gym family ,come on down, it will be the best decision you make

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of this gym since 2013 and I’ve come a long way since then. But nothing like how far I’ve come since Jorge and Cat took over the place two years ago! They have made great changes to the gym and care about your experience as a member. They offer great personal training and are a source for healthy meals that are already prepped! I highly recommend everyone to try their personal training sessions! Jorge is a great coach!

Fantastic experience: This gym is a fantastic facility! So many options to choose from. From the weightroom to a variety of workout classes to a swimming pool & jacuzzi, & so much more. I love exercising at LVFC because I have access to lots of cool equipment & the instructors are amazing! I can exercise outside or indoors & get a great workout. The staff is friendly & the atmosphere is very encouraging by the posters on the walls to the members, some of whom I've become great friends with! It is a family friendly place & my husband & kids love going too!
