Fantastic experience: This facility is spectacular and the equipment is new! There is plenty of space to work out and not feel squeezed for room or limited on options. So many of the machines can work the same muscle groups and Eric's over 20+ years of knowledge is invaluable in creating muscle confusion and the body type you are looking for. His passion for working out is noticeable as you enter the door, and his willingness to speak truthfully about your fitness goals versus your plan or behaviors, is courageous. If your goal is actual results and you are willing to work toward them, Eric will gladly guide you on your path.
