Fantastic experience: Close to home. Small, but it works for me!

Positive experience: Staff is very nice and friendly but not pushy - a lot of them train and teach the fitness classes. The club is clean and well ordered (I was there in the down time though). There are a few different floors. 2 fitness studios, basketball court, squash court, racquetball court, cardio room, weight room, locker rooms with sauna and steam. Towels included. Fitness classes are included in the price. Great place. Downside is parking - there are multiple options, but if you want free parking, you'll have to walk a few blocks. There's no pool here - for more money though you can have access to all of the MVP clubs some of which have pools.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym! Conveniently located downtown Grand Rapids with enthusiastic and knowledgeable training staff. NOT your run-of-the-mill gym. Absolutely thrilled with MVP!!

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Very clean and has the equipment for everything except maybe seated calf raises. All other gym members have been great to be around.

Positive experience: Calm and friendly staff, Noone running around telling you not to drop weights in the event that you have to abandon a lift.

Fantastic experience: Great gym hidden in downtown Grand Rapids. Staff is awesome and a variety of classes are always offered for a great lunch workout. Indoor basketball court as well.

Fantastic experience: Just a shoutout to the whole crew of the MVP Metro Club. These are some of the best staff members that I have ever experienced in years of working out at gyms-clubs. They really are great people who care about the membership and make an effort to get to know everyone. They are motivating and helpful when needed. You guys rock!
