Fantastic experience: Always clean and well kept along with quality staff.

Positive experience: I've used mostly this location for about 3 years. It is clean and the staff is friendly. The equipment is kept in good working order and there's sufficient variety to keep me from getting bored. As some reviews have mentioned, it's a rather small gym and the cardio equipment in particular tends to be crowded together, but I've never found that to be a problem. I've considered switching to the Y, but the monthly fee at Snap is much less, so the value has kept me there.

Positive experience: Convenient location for Westside. Biggest complaint is no Wifi and every biz around locks theirs .

Fantastic experience: The best Snap Fitness in Grand Rapids. Has 2 full cross over cable sets, 2 squat/bench racks plus a Smith machine. Full dumbell sets 5-100lbs. Various other machines and cardio equipment. Gym is always clean and usually not too busy.

Fantastic experience: I had a billing error that the owner Mark took care of right away. He was prompt, respectful, and provided good customer service. The gym itself had everything I needed.

Positive experience: Gym experience has definitely gone downhill here since they downsized, but it has what you need to get your workout in… very busy with gymbros from 4-7 PM.

Positive experience: Just started going to this one over my lunch break. Haven't met any staff yet, but the facility is unique in a good way. Aar first glance it looks like a smaller, cramped place. But it has four rooms - a very large space for free weights and stretches. It has four restrooms as well, which is a huge plus compared to other Snaps nearby. I wish there were more drinking fountains, but that is a very minor complaint.

Fantastic experience: This guy name Ryan is an AMAZING EMPLOYEE he's very communicative with new people and hes a great helpful manager! He keeps the gym clean 24/7 and equipment is all up to date and the gym looks great from what it did before they took over ownership. And they have done a great job managing this gym. I absolutely love this gym. This is great community to be at. VERY FRIENDLY! GREAT JOB!

Fantastic experience: The gym has recently come under new ownership and the owner is doing a great job reimagining this gym and what is should be. He's bought new equipment, and reconstructed the gym so that it appeals to those just beginning their fitness lifestyle and those who are years into their program. What has impressed me most is that he's looking for ways to continue to improve and is asking his customers what they want. I highly recommend this gym - it's easy to get in and out, and has almost everything you could want at the right price.
