Fantastic experience: I love this gym!! The staff members are always so welcoming and nice when you walk in! Brooke was also very clear about their policies, expectations, and procedures when I signed up which I highly appreciated! I kept seeing reviews saying they lie about their 30day cancellation policy but Brooke was very clear about that signature line, so I'm not sure what people are talking about. I've noticed the manager is usually at the front desk and seems to be so positive and ready to help, such a great vibe to walk into! I always see staff cleaning equipment and checking in with members while I'm there too. I really don't think there's a better gym in grand junction!

Fantastic experience: Amber was extremely helpful in getting me signed up with the right membership and explaining all of the different options. Mesa fitness offers so many wonderful classes with tons of space to lift weights etc. I especially love the massage chairs and sauna! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism I have never had a problem or complaint with the staff or the facility.. they do a great job of keeping their equipment up to date and clean.. even on busy days I never seem to have an issue finding or using the equipment I prefer. Fantastic experience: I have trained in Eifermens gym and then the first Golds in Las Vegas when I lived there. I have trained at Golds in San Diego. Mesa Fitness is as good a facility as I have been in. I have lifted for over forty years, ten of those I was power lifting. Mesa Fitness is a great place for everyone to train.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in town. Everything about this gym is great. But If you're exiting or entering the ladies locker room watch the corner carefully cause you might see god after you run into someone. But if you run into someone, just say it was your own fault, so it's settled

Fantastic experience: Mesa Fitness has everything needed for a stellar workout ~ newly updated equipment, a plethora of classes & trainers, and friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Fantastic experience: Usually greeted with a smiling face upon check in. The exercise equipment is arranged in a way that makes it easy to navigate across the room. Members are usually courteous and wipe down the equipment after use. One time there was an issue with double payment being taken out of my acct and the staff was incredibly helpful resolving the issue. I was extremely satisfied with how it was handled.

Fantastic experience: Great place to exercise! People at the front desk are kind and attentive! Tons of machines to use and work on. The equipment is always clean, the pool is always clean too. My wife and I love the water aerobic classes. She is in a wheelchair so the pool is the best place for her to work out. Only thing is I wish they would reopen up their smoothie shop inside. Overall, best place to work out in GJ.

Fantastic experience: I'll come back to check this place out more, I was welcomed and comfortable during my visit. They must do great managing the pool as I was not hit in the face with chemical smell when I walked in. You'd never know there was a pool and hot tub in there, but I looked at both and really like like a nice facility! Thanks for welcoming me!

Fantastic experience: I lift in the wee morning hours and I can say this: Very friendly and helpful staff, consistant cleaning from the hardest working lady I've seen, timely maintenance, and a variety of (recently new!) equipment that should satisfy every level of fitness. I've been a "regular" gym goer for many years in 4 different towns and this gym has it all and tops them all!! I highly recommend Mesa Fitness! (Any chance you could open earlier than 7am on the weekends for us crazy morning folks though?) ;) ;)

Fantastic experience: UPDATED REVIEW: The recent upgrades have been much appreciated! New squat racks and benches were very needed. No complaints except for the location of the squat racks. They should be facing the mirrors. Old review: Been going to this gym for years because it's convenient and I liked the atmosphere but, with the amount of people they have, it's ridiculous that they only have two squat racks and two flat benches. If you work 9-5 and would like to lift after work, forget doing squats, deadlifts, bench press, basketball, etc. Instead, you can try your luck with the many machines that seem to always be broken every other day- not to mention the basketball court and turf-lifting area is almost always closed during these times due to classes (even though you pay for this area).

Fantastic experience: So far, becoming Mesa Fitness has had nothing but good results (on the Grand Junction location anyway). The equipment and facilities are clean and well maintained, the staff is friendly and professional and people are generally pretty polite.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional staff. Price is affordable. Being able to go any time I need makes it all worth while. Love the cycling room with the big screen. Hot sauna and steam what could be better after a long day at work.

Fantastic experience: Barre is incredible with Maggie and Michaela. I love lost 25 lbs in 11 weeks thanks to them. They are amazing. It’s a great gym with awesome childcare also

Fantastic experience: This is a very complete local Gym, obviously since it was previously a Gold's. It is a great place to go and do your own level of workout! They have everything you may need or want in your exercise facility!

Fantastic experience: Mesa Fitness is always a great place to go. They have good machines and a good environment. The showers and locker room or usually clean. I like that they offer free coffee in the morning and I like that they have friendly staff always available to help and show you around the facility.

Fantastic experience: This place is the best gym in town. Lots of equipment that is new, and kept clean and new. You can pretty much practice anything here and exercise anything here. It was the old golds gym, and I already have a membership here. I love the new treadmills!! :)

Fantastic experience: There is a wide range of equipment, weights, and machines to keep you interested and not so busy that you have to wait for one. It is busy enough to keep you motivated and inspired. Nice lap pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub with a clean locker room and showers. Open 24/7 so no excuses.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! Great selection of equipment and classes including a pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room (ceanest steam room I have ever been in). Good smoothie bar and cardio cinema. Busy at the usual times (right after work) but there are other times that are not as busy. The staff is friendly and helpful and it does not cost an arm and a leg. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Probably one of the best gym, complete with a pool/hot tub/sauna...and what about that cardio cinema, every Cineplex should be like that, watching a movie in a gigantic dark room on a real cinema screen and doing some cardio training...wow...its was perfect...thanks to all the super nice and friendly staff :)

Fantastic experience: A good gym for all ages. The place is always kept clean and the equipment is well maintained. Has a comprehensive array of facilities including racquetball, a pool, nursery, and cardio cinema. Extended hours, friendly staff and on site trainers if you want that service. I haven't done any classes but they have a good selection. No yoga classes that I am aware of. Some machines do not have TV access.

Fantastic experience: Mesa Fitness is all about helping people of all ages and ability levels reach their personal health and fitness goals. Love the wide variety of people who work out there. There is something for everybody and the group fitness classes are by far my favorite! Each instructor truly cares about inspiring and encouraging everyone, from first timers to advanced athletes.

Fantastic experience: With the transition to Mesa Fitness, not much has changed in the gym other than the branding and new paint job. This is a good thing. The front desk staff and trainers all are great offering a surprisingly cheery hello even at 5am. The WiFi has improved and it's nice to be working out listening to tunes without racking up data. I've been impressed with how quickly weight machines get fixed on the rare occasion they have an issue. Great facility and great people, keep it up guys.

Fantastic experience: Rebranded Gold's Gym. Been a member at least a year. It's a good sized commercial fitness facility well deserving a five star rating. Lots of cardio, lots of standard machines, 6-10 cable machines, over a dozen Hammer Strength, the free weights section is decent (one cage, one squat rack, two deadlift pads, two smith machines, etc), service is good, place is kept reasonably clean. Pricing is commercial gym pricing. Sign up at the right time for a long enough membership, you get a good deal. The day passes and short term pricing is expensive, as you'd expect of most commercial gyms. Well worth stopping by and asking for a tour if you are looking for a new gym, regardless of your fitness goals.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym. More machines than you can imagine, decent pool, and a seperate ladies gym. Truly enjoying my workouts!
