CrossFit^® Golden

Fantastic experience: This is the best CrossFit box I have ever been too. The owner (Greg) and coaches (Megan and Ryan) went out of their way to make me feel welcomed as a guest. Beyond the staff's professionalism and kindness, the gym was clean, organized and had some of the best equipment I've seen. If I lived in the area, I would be a member here.

Fantastic experience: Just dropped in today. Greg, Megan, and Ryan were all super friendly. This is the best crossfit gym I've visited before. Spotless, friendly, great coaches, great equipment. I travel a lot for work and only some of the Cali gyms I've visited can come close. If I lived in Denver I'd drive past other boxes to go to Crossfit Golden.

Fantastic experience: I dropped in for a 4:30am class during an overnight stay from Kansas City. Coach Lucas welcomed me and got me set up with a waiver and a pretty good deal with buying a t-shirt for payment towards the workout. The 4:30 am crew were friendly and made me feel welcomed. I love the CrossFit community! Thanks CFG for the hospitality!

Fantastic experience: CrossFit Golden is by far one of the best CrossFit gyms I’ve been to. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They take the time to show you how the movements are done correctly, and they always offer accommodations. I did their Boot Camp workouts (M-F), and for the short amount of time I was there, I noticed a vast improvement in my uphill times. I felt super strong when mountain biking and even broke some of my own PRs. ‍♀️

Fantastic experience: Greg is an amazing personal trainer. He runs the best gym I have ever been a part of. The gym is huge, equipment is well maintained, and everyone is super friendly. I joined after lockdown and had a lot of work to do. Couldn't ask for a more supportive coach and environment.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love CFG. The workouts and community keep me in great shape. The coaches are always attentive and helpful. The space is clean with great equipment. Greg, the owner, provides the best atmosphere to reach my fitness goals. He’s also super accommodating when life happens and I need to pause my membership for a few months.

Fantastic experience: You would have a hard time finding a cleaner, better spec'd facility in Colorado. If you're into CrossFit, you'll find friendly coaching and great programming. If you're into lifting, you'll find a STOCKED open gym area with all the accessories. Constant upgrades and maintenance every month are the norm. Great social calendar with events outside the gym. If more gym-owners took pride in their space like Greg and crew, the world would be a fitter place!

Fantastic experience: Golden Crossfit is Golden !! I was sitting down eating my third bowl of Spicy Yak Stew The Sherpa House in Golden when I overheard at the table beside me two Gentlemen talking about WODS and Pull-ups. I asked them if they were from a local Crossfit Box and low and behold, yes they were and they told me I had to check out Crossfit Golden! I grabbed my friend ‘Bill from Texas’ who used to work out at Steelmonkey CrossFit in Columbus, MS and headed over to the BOX. I was amazed at the space and how highly organized the layout and the equipment was. Everything I needed was neatly placed in the appropriate areas. My colleague jumped in on the DailyWod and I headed over the racks to do work on Squats and Deadlifts with Olympic Weights !! The staff and the members treated us like family at this outstanding box. If you’re ever in Golden Colorado you gotta stop in for a drop in!! Awesome people and DeathByWOD await you!! This is a very well-coached box so be on point and don’t disappoint!!!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic and fun place to work out. The trainers pay close attention to form to avoid injury. They even remember what surgeries I have had and how to modify exercises for me. Totally impressed by Greg the owner and his team for making it possible to stay fit in creative ways during the Covid thing (zoom classes, letting people borrow equipment, personal training from 4:30 am til 9 pm just to make room for everyone....). Strong work!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I are in Golden for a week and have dropped in on two different classes. We have met Greg (owner), Lacey (head trainer), Kole (trainer) and many of the members. We were welcomed into the gym and felt very comfortable. We have been doing CrossFit for over seven years and I have been a Level One trainer for two and one half years. CrossFit Golden’s programming was high quality and well organized. The gym is very spacious and very clean. There was plenty of equipment and everything anyone would need for doing a CrossFit workout. I highly recommend the gym whether you’re looking for a place to start your CrossFit experience or a place to drop in on your travels. Thanks again to Greg and the staff. We will drop in again when we come back to Colorado.

Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful drop-in experience. Greg went above and beyond in hospitality and making us feel welcome, even sending me with a CFG onesie for our expected baby when I told him I was pregnant. Overall, this was the most organized, efficient and well-outfitted gym I’ve ever visited. We will definitely be making this a tradition whenever we pass through Denver! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: While traveling the us for work and visiting many gyms. Have yet to find one that rivals this one. CrossFit Golden is a gem and the staff is hands down the best I’ve ever trained with.

Fantastic experience: Was in town for a short vacation and then a wedding. Was able to drop in for a WOD easily. The crew was happy to invite me in and made me feel at home. CFG is a very nice place with just about every implement that you would need. The rigs included Rouge wall ball targets, which i had never used before. Its a small thing, but I really preferred that to using the wall as it amped up my workout and made me hit that target every time. I would come back again if I was in the area!

Fantastic experience: CFG is the bomb. Great folks and Greg is constantly improving the gym and equipment. Ive got three gyms closer to my house but I still go here.

Fantastic experience: I'm so glad I ended up here after coming from two other gyms. The coaches are great (Lacey, Erin and Danny are awesome)! Greg, the owner, has answered any questions I have had. The gym itself is huge, the equipment is in good shape and I always feel pushed to succeed. This has made all the difference in my training. Love it here :)

Fantastic experience: Incredible. So sorry I have to leave. I have been to 3 other crossfit gyms, which were all good and this one is the best. No better coaches, equipment and facilities. If you live in Golden, the decision is made. It's close to the freeway too so if you live in Lakewood or Morrison it's convenient.

Fantastic experience: All staff have a wealth of knowledge and experience, and pay attention to every member. This gym is education-focused, and my experience there has been hugely educational. Give it a try!

Fantastic experience: Great CrossFit gym with cool owners, coaches and members. You'll find everybody here from the superfit competitors, to myself who's just trying to stay healthy and strong. It's a very low pressure environment and a ton of fun.

Fantastic experience: CrossFit Golden was where I began my crossfit journey and despite my insecurities and anxieties of what crossfit would be, this gym revealed itself to be everything you want in a gym and a fitness community. All of the coaches made me feel empowered, safe, and supported and the members felt like teammates; always cheering each other on and learning together. I never felt pressured to be anything that I wasn't and I always felt encouraged and challenged to reach my goals. I am so happy to have had the experience I did in the short amount of time we lived in Colorado. Ever since we moved, it has been difficult to find the same atmosphere, care, and friendliness this gym brought to our lives. CrossFit Golden truly is a very special place, and I would recommend them to anyone wanting to discover their best self!

Fantastic experience: Golden has good programming, good coaches, a huge space, great quality equipment and a lot of equipment. The classes can be large but the coaches are excellent at watching all the members working out and making sure everyone has space and equipment.
