Fantastic experience: I've been going to Lifestyle's for Health for Physical Therapy. They're GREAT, if you have an injury or pain anywhere in your body they will help you. My therapist Shiva is amazing at her job. She's very nice, smart, and friendly. You can tell she cares about every patient she works with and will make sure you are comfortable every step of the way. She has given me a path to recovery; with exercises, tools and equipment. Everyone who works their is great. I'm so lucky that I went here and I would recommend it to anyone. Thank you Lifestyle's for Health for everything you have done for me, truly!

Fantastic experience: This is a fitness center but it is also a center for PT which is how I got assigned there from my Workmans comp. I am truly grateful to Shiva who not only helped me with my physical pain but with my mental anguish as well. I believed I was broken, she reminded me that I was whole and kept pushing me towards the positive. I went from "let's get this over with" to looking forward to my next appointment. This stranger actually cared about my well being. I will probably need another surgery in the near future but at least I know when I need PT to recover I will not be seeing a stranger but revisiting a friend!

Fantastic experience: Shiva gives attentive and supportive care. She is great, I love the way she cares about my wellbeing. She texts to confirm each appointment and is flexible to reschedule. I still go for my pinky toe therapy which since then I made so much progress. She made sure I had simple techniques that I could take home and do on my own. I hope I get approved for more sessions. I highly recommend her, she is so professional.

Fantastic experience: I usually don't leave reviews but I couldn't refrain from doing it this time. I highly recommend this place ! The minute I walked in Shiva greeted me with such a friendly tone. ( wearing masks ) she is very kind and caring. Always reminded me of my appointments the day before. Thank you for all the great tips as I have continued them at home.

Fantastic experience: My previous experience with other physical therapists made me feel like just a name on a chart. Shiva on the other hand is so kind and caring about my needs and the needs of all her patients. She truly cares about what she does and it shows. She texts me the day before to remind me of my appts and is always willing to work around my schedule. I always look forward to working with her.

Fantastic experience: Shiva gives attentive and supportive care. It's a small clinic, which is great for safety during COVID. She texts to confirm each appointment and is flexible to reschedule. I went in for six carpal tunnel PT sessions, and made a big improvement. She made sure I had simple techniques that I could take home and do on my own. I hope to go back for more sessions. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Where do I start? When I first walked in I was greeted by Shiva who by the way is the bestI had hyperextended my quadricep muscle and she helped me get well and within a few sessions my pain was less and my walking was stronger. Shiva is always listening to what you have to say and with her knowledge she always has the answers to help you feel good. Thank you a million times over Shiva for helping me recovery and on the road to a full recovery. I know PT is not a place where we want to be but Shiva made my time there pleasant warm and I always felt important❤️❤️ Thanks again Shiva for a job well done and I’ll keep my stretching going

Fantastic experience: I had trouble finding a therapist that explained “why” Shiva took the time and talked me through what I was doing, and worked within what I was comfortable yet educated and pushed me. I feel sad that I’m done but happy she helped me be able to keep up strengthening on my own.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality All I have to say is what an amazing place for physical therapy. Staff is amazing especially Shiva. Shiva works her tail off to make her patients happy and healthy. She listens, understands and adjusts to your needs. I had carpal tunnel surgery twice the first one she worked me hard and I was back lifting weights within a month.

Fantastic experience: One word.... Shiva!!! I have unfortunately had to use numerous physical therapy locations in my career, but after meeting Shiva at Lifestyle's for Health, I was so impressed. She creates a calming environment, so friendly and inviting. The location is great because it gives the feeling you are just in someone's home. Shiva treated me like family and is a beautiful person inside & out. I am continuing to get my job to approve more sessions because I simply do not want to leave the experience and the healing it has brought.

Fantastic experience: I hurt my back while at work. I’m a super physically active person, so I had to stop exercising completely for almost 3 months. I was sent here for physical therapy, and I can’t rave enough about how amazing it is... 20/10! Shiva was my assigned therapist and she was incredible. She made the process so much fun and has helped me not only heal, but slowly get back on track with my usual fitness lifestyle. Cindy has also been very nice and super kind. I can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done for me. Not only have they helped me heal, but they’ve given me the tools to continue taking care of my body the proper way for the long haul. You will love this place, super homey and with excellent service to its patients.

Fantastic experience: I, unfortunately, have had the need for physical therapy on several occasions, so let me start this review by describing my typical experience: -Rarely the same therapist on each visit, often unfamiliar with my injuries -Little consistency with exercises, often requiring equipment I don't have access to at home -Lack of information on how the exercises will address my injuries -Lack of clarity on what my home routine should be -Hospital-like environment Just 10 minutes into my first session with Cindy at LifeStyle's for Health, I knew I had finally found the experts I needed to get well. She started by asking questions about my injuries, then proceeded to explain causes, and how the exercises will help to heal. On day one, she provided unambiguous "homework" instructions, requiring no special equipment. I had the same therapist almost every visit, who gave me the opportunity to ask questions, and ensured my technique was solid. They are located in a converted home, providing a calming atmosphere ideal for the sessions. My injury is almost 100% cured due in large part to my time at LifeStyle's, and I have the tools to stay healthy going forward. I can say unequivocally that if you are serious about repairing your injury with physical therapy, the team at LifeStyle's will provide the guidance and give you the tools to be successful.

Fantastic experience: I broke my wrist and was in need of occupational therapy. When I went for my first appointment I was fearful because I was in a lot of pain. I quickly relaxed when I realized I would not be asked to do anything beyond my comfort level. I had the same therapist every time (which I appreciated). Shiva was amazing! Always optimistic. As time went on I was encouraged to push myself and was given "homework" so I could regain use of my hand. Still have a ways to go but I now have the tools I need to fully recover.
