My trainer Chris Maski and the Verve team has been instrumental in helping me physically prepare to row across the North Atlantic Ocean. With their help I have gone from average to She-Hulk. Their continual metal support, flexible and intense workouts, and nutrition help positively pushed me to become the athlete I am today.
