Fantastic experience: Excellent place, highly recommend! Owen, Pat, and Lucas were all great: knowledgeable, patient, positive, and just the right mixture of laid back and intense. Megan was also very helpful and responsive, with membership stuff. Pricing is reasonable, flexible, and transparent, which is exceedingly rare in martial arts. I had almost no boxing experience coming in, and by the end of my time here, I feel like I have the basics down, which was my personal goal.

Fantastic experience: I Recently went to this Gym / Martial Arts school and I would honestly have to say that I am very impressed...The Instructors / Coaches were great and very detailed in the way they teach...Very positive atmosphere and the fellow members were also great...I would highly recommend this place!! I know with Covid going it may be hard but, my Only suggestion would be to offer a few more classes and time frames if possible

Fantastic experience: We love Tri-City Boxing. Owen is awesome. Great with the kids. He has patience with all of them. This has been the only activity we've ever done that my kids are excited to go back to. Not only do they learn to box, but they learn how to protect their bodies if someone were to come at them. They get all their energy out and we love that!

Fantastic experience: You go to actually learn, not just for exercise. Pat is a fantastic coach and is very engaging. The people who attend the gym are great and inviting. Everyone is always helping each other out. You get what you put into the classes essentially. ASK QUESTIONS.

Fantastic experience: Pat is legit. I really enjoy his new facility and his Muay Thai program is fun, challenging, and rigorous. He does a great job pairing people up and keeping everyone active throughout the hour/hour plus class. He always takes the time to make strong connections with clients and make sure they get corrections and coaching.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with great coaches that push you to do better. Tri city Boxing and Muay Thai keeps you in shape and teaches you the mechanics of fighting.

Fantastic experience: My daughter is in boxing here along with myself doing a few classes. The coaches here are amazing with kids fantastic! My daughter is learning how to defend herself along with real life building blocks from having to listen to the coaches structure. She has a mean right and I am growing more confident in her being safe for situations as she gets older with her new knowledge. Trust me, you think you know how to fight until you come here and learn the proper way.

Fantastic experience: I literally scoured the globe and Pat was by far the first to show me there where stronger and faster people. This is the guy that changes a sport singlehandedly.

Fantastic experience: TriCity Boxing & Muay Thai is the BEST and has helped get me into the best shape that I have ever been in! Pat and Owen are knowledgeable and fun coaches. It’s the best place around to learn real boxing and Thai technique from coaches who actually have boxing and Thai experience.
