FTF® Gastonia Krav Maga

Fantastic experience: Love this place. From the staff up front to the instructors. It doesn't matter if your a beginner in MMA or just looking to get into shape, this is the place to go! My only problem is the price!@ It's so affordable it's hard to believe you get so much for so little. Both my kids attend classes and fitness training here and my wife and I are trying to get the energy to enroll as well. Everyone needs to atleast go by and check them out. Once you do, you will be hooked!

Fantastic experience: We searched for the best place with the best instructor/owner for Krav Maga, Fitness, and kid's program and thought we would need to join multiple centers...but we found it all here at FTF Gastonia. Ryan is the best in the business and the instructors here are great.

Fantastic experience: This is not your average Gym. The people are so supportive the classes are amazing. This place changed my life. I became somebody I never thought that I could, while getting in better shape and learning to defend myself as well. You will not be disappointed if you can move out of your comfort zone and just commit already. The classes are so much fun it doesn’t even feel like you are working out. It attracts all shapes sizes and fitness levels. There are amazing athletes and grandmas alike here. It is for any and all. Don’t hesitate. The staff are super helpful and motivating. You can tell this is their passion and not a paycheck. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Our son has gone here for about five years, and he actually WANTS to go several times a week. There are adult classes at the same times as the kid classes, and right in the next room. Top notch classes, instructors, and facility. We love FTF!

Fantastic experience: I decided to "try" a few free classes at the FTF Gastonia Open House in January. To be honest, I have worked at a gym facility for 10 years but haven't worked out in over a year so I was looking for something different, not your everyday run of the mill gym. Well let me tell you ..... FTF is absolutely my favorite place (and my daughter's too). There is something for EVERYONE!! My favorite classes are they defensive options and the heavy bags. My daughter loves the Ju Jitsu. The staff is amazing and the atmosphere is fun. We won't go anywhere else. We have found our place and I think you will too!!

Fantastic experience: An amazing gym with awesome coaches that know what they're doing, care about their people, and push when you need it! Kids classes are awesome too! All 3 of my kids are in them! I'd recommend them any day!

Fantastic experience: I have had my boys in the pride classes for four years now and I am so proud of their growth in martial arts. Amber is a great teacher and amazing with the children, our family really lucked out finding such a great teacher to introduce our boys to martial arts. I have taken some Jiu jitsu classes and Fred Jennings is a very good teacher. He breaks down the techniques to where they are easily understood and has created a welcoming atmosphere to where you do not feel intimidated the first time you roll. The teammates I have encountered are very nice and helpful and freely give advice on how to improve your technique. Ryan Hoover has created a gym with a great atmosphere I can not speak highly enough of Fit to fight!
