Fantastic experience: Looks can be deceiving - looks a little outdated when you first go in but the machines are top notch.

Fantastic experience: Very helpful to have a fitness center where med students, residents, and hospital employees can exercise. I'm a swimmer and the 25yd pool is well taken care of.

Fantastic experience: Located across from the hospital. No parking for members except on side streets. Lots of security and attention to covid precautions. Small exercise pool and nice indoor track with 4 lanes. Attendants are all exercise physiologists or kinesiologists.

Positive experience: Positive: Professionalism I go for Jaystart Physical Therapy, but the facility is top-notch with exercise equipment, basket and racquetball courts, a pool, and a track inside. They are serious about limiting the number of people and about being masked and keeping things clean and sanitized.

Fantastic experience: Kirmayer is nothing fancy, just a basic gym with basic equipment and amenities, but the staff is always nice and helpful. The cardio section can get busy during peak times, but a lot of that is because half the machines can’t be used because of covid. Never feel any judgement there compared to other gyms.

Fantastic experience: Hey it is a gym and it is paid for with our student fees so I cannot complain. Staff is always wonderful. Pool is always chilly (wakes me up!!). They have a lot of monthly activities which are great if you are a bit lost on what to do with a routine.

Positive experience: I've come here twice for the Race to Nowhere. It seems like a top notch facility. I looked into joining but it's way too expensive.

Fantastic experience: A small gym run by the university. Staffs are amazingly helpful and friendly. Most equipments look like new and they are well-maintained mostly. Not crowded all the time. Swimming pool is also on the first floor.

Positive experience: Has all the things lots of dumb bells which i like needs another squat rake. Nice pool good equipment they have had the same track for at least 15 years. Some staff is great some are students that are annoyed people show up. Can be tough to get equipment around 5, wierd hours on sunday. Annoying about of med student bros saying terrible annoying things all the time.

Positive experience: Offers group classes, swimming pool, basketball/soccer court, cardio and weight machines, and running track. Full dressing rooms with showers and hair dryers.
