Fantastic experience: Wonderful yoga studio - Galveston is so lucky to have it!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience with their beach yoga class while on vacation in Galveston! I had never done yoga on the beach before and wow, it was awesome! The class was not too hard or too easy, just what I look for especially in an early morning class. The instructor was so welcoming and friendly. There were definitely some regulars there but I never once felt like an outsider. I wish I lived there so I could take more of their classes!

Fantastic experience: I have practiced all over the world and Galveston. The team at Yoga Haven go beyond professional instruction. They are compassionate and help to share the teachings of yoga on many levels, both physical and spiritual. Class participants are invited to practice on whatever level may be comfortable to them at the time. I personally love the attentive, deliberate pace of the classes. The Yoga Haven's love for community stretches far outside of the walls of the studio and owner Kathleen often supports local causes. What a great asset to the City of Galveston.

I have visited Galveston from out-of-state during the last two years and have had extremely positive experiences at Yoga Haven. I’ve found that physical issues from aging or injury, as well as stresses from life, are calmed by the tranquility provided by the experienced yoga practitioners. Yoga Haven offers an atmosphere of encouragement and inspiration. I appreciate the individualized guidance that is offered during the yoga practice, as well as the diverse class offerings. Kathleen at Yoga Haven fosters an environment that is very welcoming to visitors and residents alike. I give them a 5-star rating!
