Fantastic experience: Shaye's energy. Location is key and variety of exercises.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Shaye Henderson religiously for more than five years. Still, she challenges me every single day. No class is ever the same; her workouts and equipment are constantly evolving. Shaye gives individual attention in a class setting. Highly recommend!
