F45 Training Gallatin TN

Fantastic experience: Finished the 8 AM class a little while ago and I told Colby and Zach, they should rename today’s class superhero or superhuman. I was nodding my head during the demo of the class because it was all legs and core. 30 minutes after class I feel like I could crash through a brick wall!

Fantastic experience: I love that we have this new gym in Gallatin. I’m a founding member and have loved it so far. The staff is great and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Elite! Great team atmosphere and everyone is friendly. The trainers are very helpful and encourage me day in and day out. Clean, and they utilize top notch equipment! If your curious about how it is, try the free trial week, it is where I found out that this was the gym for me!

This past weekend I was visiting NYC and sitting at a wine bar and over heard a woman (my age 40ish) telling her friend.. how she just joined this gym.. F45 and she loved it ! This place and it’s concept is catching on like wildfire !

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about this gym and the trainers. They’re so personable, helpful and just make the entire workout a ton of fun. They helped me better understand by body, nutrition and correct some of my workout mistakes resulting in a loss of 20 lbs in my first couple months. It’s always a new workout which keeps me wanting to come back everyday. The gym is beautiful and clean! It’s a little costly, but I swear it’s worth every dime!

Fantastic experience: This is definitely an awesome place to workout! I like that I just show up and work out not having to think of how many reps per exercise I need to do or for how long. The days work out is planned. The TV screens make it easy to follow what exercise I’m doing. The coaches are phenomenal. They are always there to help encourage you to keep going when your tired and they are there to help correct you to avoid injury. I’m very happy I made exercising here part of my daily routine!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely LOVE F45 in Gallatin! The support that I have received since day one has made all the difference! It helps to keep me motivated every time I walk through the door. Colby and Brian are amazing and a constant source of encouragement. Zach is great, too. It’s really makes a difference to workout with a team that truly wants you to succeed and cares about how you’re doing. I’m really blessed to have found this place!
