Fantastic experience: Great place to take your kids! Love being able to walk from the Civic Center to Triple Creek Park, and love the new connecting Greenway! Will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: It's $5 for day use without being a member. On the aquatic side there's swimming, sauna and hot tub - when you're dry - weights and treadmill. Racquetball is available at an extra cost

Fantastic experience: This is a fun little spot for families, or anyone really. If you aren't a big fan of crowds, I'd wait until after 3pm to arrive - they stay open until 8pm. But they will close early for private parties so be sure to check their Facebook page or website calendar before planning your trip.

Fantastic experience: Excellent place to take the family swimming very affordable too like a kiddie Nashville Shores very kid friendly if you have younger children theyll need a life jacket or puddle jumper to swim in big pool concessions have your average food hotdog hamburger pizza and chicken tenders very affordable pretty much everything in her is priced under $10

Fantastic experience: Small exercise area with weight equipment. No free weights.Indoor swimming pool, hot tub, dry sauna., outdoor pool with kids area and tube slides. Locker rooms and showers. Bring your own locker lock. Half court basketball. Indoor track, handball, pickle ball, Water aerobics, Tai Chi, Yoga etc. conference rooms. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Safe with security but in a very safe location. Please be aware they expect everyone to fallow the rules and to be respectful to others.

Fantastic experience: Its dirt cheap to go swimming out door pool is $7.00 and in door is $5.00 they even have membership passes for the in and out door pool but its worth it.

Fantastic experience: I love taking my grandkids it's not to busy during the weekdays and they have a blast it's a little cold in the pool but the right spots on the pool have heat in case your little ones are shivering
