Fantastic experience: Got 6 pounds of burnt ribs tips for titans tailgate against KC. Ribs were great but a little high for 6 pounds. Carla was great and order ready when I walked in !

Fantastic experience: Love love LOVE this gym!!! Lots of great classes for all skill levels and age groups. I’m a 52 yr old grandmother of 2 girls, ages 6 and 4 - and this gym has helped me to stay in shape, and given me the strength to keep up with both of them. If you looking for a great Gym, look no further!!!

Fantastic experience: If you have ever wondered about finding the most amazing, supportive, incredible group of women to connect with and get in shape at the same time, this is it. I'm a single mom and work from home and had health issues. I came to OFF. This group of women has literally changed my life. And it's not just working out you guys. It's THEM. I miss them when I cant go, I miss book club, I miss hiking days... they check on me when I'm not there. The love and support behind these women is incredible. And child care. And a little bit of everything. You truly can't find anything better. This is a family, not a dumb gym. This is the real deal.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym! I take group classes as well as Personal Training. What is different about this gym - is that every fitness level is welcomed. This is a space where you can achieve your health and wellness goals. The instructors are great support and it is important to them that you reach your goals. They are always there to help! The gym also hosts a book club and a hiking club it is just a great little community. Your first class is always free. Try it - you won’t regret!
