Fantastic experience: I love that it is clean and the staff are nice. However there must be postings preventing people just sitting on the machines to look through their phones. Gym etiquette should be posted throughout.

Positive experience: for a place in the hood it works better then all these gym chains upon arrival you have a choice of 5 different protiens 3 different amino acids and creatine thats what a gym is supposed to be super place and every machine works no signs
