Fantastic experience: Searched all over plano and frisco and found this place. It is family now for life!
Fantastic experience: These workouts are so well structured. The excercises included strength, functional, cardio with correctives. It's challenging and fun. Jesse really knows his craft. And, safety matters. He makes sure everyone's form is correct. And, he motivates you to get in those last reps when you think all your stamina is gone. Whatever fitness goal you have, from beginner to elite athlete there is something for everyone at JLAFIT.
Fantastic experience: Being a working Mom of two toddlers, I have tried everything to get my “pre-baby” body back. From running countless miles to hot yoga classes with weights, nothing worked, until I came to JLAFit Athletics. I always thought that lifting heavy would make me look big and bulky – I was wrong. The monthly programs meticulously designed by Coach Jesse make you stronger and healthier from the inside out. The coaches are truly invested in your personal gains and push you as if you one of their professional athletes. Since starting at JLAFit I have never been stronger and more confident in the way my body looks. I can carry both my toddlers at ease, not to mention all of my old clothes are now too big. These results are truly sustainable to live my healthiest life yet and I look forward to coming to JLAFit every day.

I never wanted to do crossfit and this is not that but I am lifting weights that I have not done since high school. I have gotten so much stronger and feel great.

Fantastic experience: I was introduced to this amazing place by a friend and quickly fell in love with it. After years of high impact aerobics, distance running and triathlon, I had no idea how much I needed and would love this kind of workout! We do heavy lifting combined with corrective exercises. We do a lot of single leg exercises that help with strength and balance. And we end every workout with a hard, fast cardio session. The programming is amazing and very intentional, changing every month. Each week we add weight and/or reps to the workout from the week before. In addition to the incredible workout I get, the experience of sharing it with such an amazing group of people makes it even better! I look forward to going and having my butt kicked every day, if nothing else but to see and share a laugh with the others who are there. And the coaching is second to none!

I’ve lost 17 pounds and have gained muscle definition I could have never expected! The coaches are awesome and very motivational!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this gym! I would describe it as clean, professional, competent, strategic, safe, fun, family feel, community-centered and results-oriented. The owner, Jessie, has an extensive background and methods that prove themselves out! If you’re looking for weight training mixed with both cardio and recovery, this is the place for you! I’ve worked out for years, but have never seen results like I’m seeing now. JLAFit is the best!
Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to JLA for about 8 weeks after my Chiropractor’s recommendation. Jesse is a great trainer who takes the time to learn each persons needs. As a former athlete it’s good to be in an environment that helps me push my limits. Jesse has done a great job creating a culture of NO B/S get it done, while also making it feel like family. If you’re serious about fitness (No matter your current level) come give it try. I’m sure you will not be disappointed!
Fantastic experience: Awesome workouts. We burn nearly 1000 calories per workout. Really had but fun group atmosphere. Not just heavy lifting. Cardio and lifting, isometrics, etc...really good place to get chiseled.
