Fantastic experience: I love going to golds gym! The people there are very friendly and helpful! The facility is nice and accommodating to help me achieve my workout goals!

Fantastic experience: This gym inspires you to want to work out and push yourself to try harder. Very Clean with a variety of up to date, well working equipment. Very aesthetic atmosphere, friendly and knowledgeable staff! They also have a great cafe with healthy snacks shakes and equipment!

Fantastic experience: Onyx is honestly a great gym! From The cleanliness, the variety and availability of machines, to the very friendly and welcoming staff. A very special shout out to my personal trainer Alexis (Lex). . She is the true definition of an amazing Trainer/Coach. From the great positive vibes she gives off, the motivation in every sessions & out (nutrition & making sure I work out outside of our sessions) to the RESULTS!!! I highly recommend joining Onyx Fitness & most importantly to begin training with Alexis so you can start reaching your goals!

Fantastic experience: I have been a Member of Onyx Fitness for over 2 years, and a few months ago decided to treat myself to some personal training ..I watched and watched and decided to go for it .. Inayah was the one For me .. along with her motivation , knowledge ,and coaching skills she has taken me to a new level in training and at my age (62) a body change YUP … with definition she really is amazing her encouragement and personality makes me want to show up . The staff are amazing they are One team . Gym is clean equipment is kept up to date ..so I just wanted to give a shout out and show appreciation ..Thank you Inayah and team Onxy

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Friendly staff. Clean equip. UPDATE: I like this gym even more now. You can tell the owners care. I came back after being away for a few weeks and they completely updated the gym and added a lot of new equip. And not just random equip but the most popular equip that there were usually wait times for. Great job!!!

Fantastic experience: Your gym is really good and well kept. My only complaint amongst others is the amount of children in this place. Literally every machine/bench is surrounded by children with there phones out and there beets head phones taking Instagram pics of themselves. How about hiring a babysitter to move these kids along so people can actually work out. Most of us only have an hr to spare. Please take this as a serious issue and correct it.

Fantastic experience: I started going to the gym the past couple of months. I got hurt at work three weeks ago and I immediately called the manager Mike and told him to please freeze my membership until I spoke to my orthopedist. Today I went back and told Mike I needed one more week to recover. He was absolutely wonderful and he respected my wishes. I give this gym 5 stars for the manager’s professionalism, compassion and respect for his clients. I will tell my friends about this gym and about all the awesome workers there including Cindy, Sam and others working behind the desk. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: A cozy medium sized gym with a huge variety of equipment and friendly staff. Is cleaned and maintained properly, weights are often put away and re-racked Parking can be difficult, also the lot is fairly dark at night. But overall a great gym for the value plus tonnes of classes!

Positive experience: nice environment. late night gym goers are way more personable but staff is nice. only 4 stars because the men's bathroom could be a bit cleaner but nice gym!

Fantastic experience: I love everything about this gym, the equipment is up to date. Very clean gym and the workers treat you like you’re family. They just opened up a little section collaborating with Empire Nutrition which is very cool because when you’re done with your workout you can go grab a protein shake or anything else your heart desires. If you’re looking for a gym, I 100% recommend this one. Oh and they have a sauna :)

Fantastic experience: I recently signed up with Onyx a few days ago because I was looking to get back to a workout routine but didn't want to go to a commercial gym. Onyx was very impressive, clean and not too many people at all. It's a privately owned gym so that's a plus for me and the equipment is brand new. Everyone followed safety precautions and wore masks. Its a very low key gym which makes you more focus on your workout. Its bit more to join than most other gyms but it's worth it. So far I love it!

Fantastic experience: Great gym with a ton of equipment and free weights to choose from. A larger selection of equipment than most local gyms with an awesome staff. Management is on top of things as soon as it's needed. No broken equipment, and kept clean. Clean bathrooms and locker rooms as well. Great personal trainers available in the gym as well! Much better bargain than other available options!
