CrossFit^® Strong Island

Fantastic experience: Not one bad thing to say about Crossfit Strong Island. I signed up for the basic/prep classes thinking I would get a decent work out in after work and change up the usually gym routine. Every time I Attended a session it was the best workout I have had. Ever. Hands down. Instructors are motivating and enforce proper form, members are supportive, facility is immaculate, You are not fit unless your Crossfit. -Jason Bourne

Fantastic experience: CrossFit Strong Island is the best crossfit box in the area. I've been going here for around 2 years now and I love it! The coaches take their time to make sure you have proper form and the atmosphere is amazing! It definitely is far better than any gym!
