Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this club. I used to have trouble getting motivated to go workout but the energy and instructors here keep me going! This place has it all, great equipment, tons of classes and nothing beats ending the day with a massage at the spa or going into the steam room to unwind. Since starting with my personal trainer I have lost 20 pounds and am feeling great! Don't miss out on this place, it's truly special.

Fantastic experience: This gym is amazing! If you are looking for a convenient location (right off the highway and central to shops and services) offering an experience centered around health, fitness and proven results, look no further. With a huge class schedule, top notch instructors and a staff willing to serve and support you, NRG is a one stop shop for fitness. I can't say enough about this place. I have a variety of group cardio and strength training classes to choose from and I get to practice studio yoga throughout the week (for no extra charge). The towel service, top of the line equipment and the cleanest gym I have ever seen, this place offers tremendous value. Did I mention the Fuel Station, the steam room, the spa?

Fantastic experience: This is an amazing gym! The staff is always helpful and smiling along with the trainers for classes, they will kick your butt but also support you to get through the class and make you want to come back. The Fuel Station is such an amazing idea and everything is all natural and tastes great you would never even think its actually healthy and good for you. I would recommend this gym to everyone.

Fantastic experience: NRG is awesome!!!! Everything about it is TOP NOTCH...the teachers, the owner, the other members, the classes, the equipment, the retail store, the smoothie bar, the bathroom & showers...I could go in and on. It is a FANTASTIC one stop shop for all things health & wellness. I especially love taking the classes. There are so many to choose from at all different times of the day. I haven't even been there for two weeks yet, but I have tried a bunch of classes and none of them disappoint. From the second I walk in the door, I feel like I am part of a family where everyone wants me to succeed!! It is so clean, bright, inviting, and just makes you want to go back for more...which is exactly what I have done. Give it a try...but be prepared...you will not want to leave!!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for approximately 4 weeks. My wife had a pass and was so impressed that she became a member immediately. She tried to convince me to sign-up, but I was too committed to the gym that I was attending. That really didn't matter because she signed me up anyway. This happened to be one of the best gifts that she has given me. Upon entering the facility, I realize that this was no ordinary gym. I was quite impressed with the professionalism of the staff and cleanliness of the facility. NRG offers such a vast array of classes. To date, I have tried spinning and tread and shed. Their teachers are so helpful and motivating. The floor has the top of the line fitness equipment. The locker rooms and showers are spotless. They also provide free of charge Aveda shampoo and body wash in the showers. The most amazing attribute is the staff. They make you feel that you are the only one that matters. They focus on what your goal is, and how to achieve it. I highly recommend that you give NRG a try. You won't regret it. By the way, I have already lost 10 pounds and feel fantastic!

Fantastic experience: NRG Lab is where it is at! This is not your typical run of the mill gym, but instead, a total wellness experience! The staff is awesome, and the management team is progressive and cutting edge. They are always looking to bring the best programs and top notch instructors to their facility. No detail is left untouched - everything from the fabulous juice bar, to the great selection of Lulu attire and Aveda products (that are beautifully displayed and sold in their front lobby), to the top notch customer service, this place has it all. I love NRG Lab and can't wait until they launch their newest addition, Cardio Sport next week! 5 stars all the way! Check it out. NRG is not to be missed!

Fantastic experience: My daughter joined NRG this past spring and truly loved it. After continuously hearing what a wonderful place it was, and seeing the transformation of her body shape, I decided to go and see what it was all about. I received a tour of the facility, and was so impressed with how impeccably clean it was; the showers, bathrooms, and lockers were high end. The facility has state-of-the-art fitness equipment and promotes and encourages ones overall wellbeing. They offer a prodigious amount of classes to select from. The staff are extremely helpful, and always pleasant and smiling. I immediately enrolled, and was so excited that the following day I purchased a membership for my husband for his birthday and Christmas present. He has been going each day to NRG and lost 10 pounds the past three weeks. He told me that it was the best gift I ever gave him. If you are looking for a place that is phenomenal, and has everything that will enable you to become the best that you can be, then NRG is the place for you.

Fantastic experience: Joining NRG was one of the best decisions I have made! I have joined other gyms in the past and have been part of other workout routines, NRG is by far the best gym out there. I began my membership just before the holidays and can't believe the changes I am seeing within myself, I am stronger, leaner and just feel great. I love the classes and generally attend 5 classes a week, so if the price puts you off you will more than get your money's worth. The staff and other members are amazing I look forward to going each and every time. Signing up for classes is like having an appointment which I find more motivating, I don't' want to miss my appointment. The locker, rooms, showers and the facility are extremely clean. Not mention the steam room, the Avada products and complimentary towels. Can't say enough positive things about this place, if you join you won't regret it. I found myself needing to update my review, Just as I thought this gym/spa/retail shop, couldn't get any better it did. Recently they upgraded the spa services, the team is amazing and so professional. NRG is able to find and hire a top team. The spa services are open to the public there you should take advantage of the facials, message or if you need a waxing it's all available to you. If you are looking a few new place to work out you won't be disappointment I have been a member for just under year and haven't regretted my decision for one minute, I am in best of shape of my life (I'm in 50's) my energy level is incredible and never I get tired of the compliments that I receive.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely recommend this gym to everyone. I've never actually wanted to go to the gym before I signed up for the NRG Lab. Now I can't wait to get there every morning. There are excellent classes of all types that come included in the membership. The place is sparkling clean and that encourages me to take pride in the gym myself! The locker rooms are insanely awesome. The lockers come with built in locks so you can choose your own code. The showers are beautiful and private with included soap and shampoo made by Aveda. There's a separate section of sinks that you can shave your face at. It has a steam room that helps you relax after a hard workout. I can't say enough about this place. You WILL NOT regret signing up.

Fantastic experience: I have had a family membership at this location for several years, I try to get in several times a week and I take advantage of the 24/7 convenience of the facility hours. The equipment is state of the art and always taken care good care of. The staff is helpful and courteous with Valerie as a standout with a great attitude and professionalism. If Valerie is not cleaning equipment and attending to facility necessities, she is making the best protein shake I could ask for. Thanks Valerie for placing the member first.....

Fantastic experience: This gym is awesome! It's convenient, 24 hours, very clean and the staff is incredibly friendly and encouraging. I just recently joined the gym and there's some great promotions going on. Nikki at the front desk was so kind and helpful and really took her time explaining everything and touring me around. I've never been to a 24 hour gym with constantly locked doors, so not gonna lie, I was kinda intimidated going in, but as soon a so walked in, the vibe was awesome. It's not crowded, they have a wicked good shake bar at the front, and everything is separated nicely so you don't feel crowded. I haven't been here yet after hours, but I really like that it's located in the brightly lit stop and shop plaza, so I don't feel nervous going there at night. I'm excited to join here and I'm hoping I can encourage some of my friends to join too.

Fantastic experience: NRG Is the first gym I have ever continued to go to! I love my personal training sessions with Laura. The group fitness classes along with Max classes make it super easy to get to the gym! I love NRG!!

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms in the area! The staff is very friendly and they always make sure the gym is clean (and they make great shakes). The weight room has plenty of room to work in, and the cardio deck is stocked with great training equipment. Group fitness classes are awesome too. I recommend checking out NRG!

Fantastic experience: I love this gym. They have a variety of classes - loads of different equipment. I love Maria's classes - she makes sure that you are doing all the exercises correctly and varies the exercises for each class - I go to all 3 of her classes. The staff is wonderful, always so cheerful and everyone is so helpful. Best gym I ever joined.

Fantastic experience: So very happy to have found this gem! I love taking classes and there are plenty to choose from: spin, muscle, circuit and combat/boxing style. And even better, the instructors are well prepared and know what they are doing bringing great energy to every workout. Plenty of free weights and machines too. Positive experience: been trying to cancel this membership forever. It's a great gym...world class..., but I am working out closer to my work location. No one seems to know how to cancel... 800# referred me to the local location... local location said it has to be done in person.... when visiting the local branch, no front desk person to be found... finally got one on the phone who said they can't do it at the location and gave me an email address to contact. Fingers crossed. I'd probably give more stars if it weren't for what feels like a crazy run-around.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym! I am so glad I made the switch from Planet Fitness. This gym has 24/7 access which was very important to me (on pause right now because of the pandemic). You cannot beat the price of this luxury gym. Classes are included, you can take as many classes as you want. They have an app that makes it easy to sign up. Since the pandemic you can now take the classes in the studio or from the comfort of your home. I love the dance/zumba, barre, and muscle classes! The place is clean and the staff is friendly!

Fantastic experience: VERY CLEAN and well maintained facility! There is TONS of awesome equipment and trainers available to show you how to use it. Extra precautions have been taken with masks requirements and plastic barriers to ensure a safe workout environment for members. I love all of the class options and the fact that outdoor and virtual classes are now being offered. Can't recommend NRG Lab enough!

Fantastic experience: Had such a great experience with this gym. Very high end. They provide you with free towels, shampoo and conditioner for showering. The equipment is very fresh and well kept. It’s a very welcoming atmosphere even for the non regular gym go-er. I was warmly welcomed by the staff the minute I entered the door. I would like to thank the general manager Phillip for personally making sure I had everything I needed and was well taken care of. Also, Mary from the front desk for assisting in making my experience such a pleasant one at this gym.

Fantastic experience: I walked into the Mansfield NRG Lab a year ago today knowing I had to make a big change in my life. I was physically weak and mentally broken. A friend who comes regularly for the yoga had recommended this gym. I got a tour from Phil and signed up that day. There was a membership deal going on and I used the money I saved to invest in some personal training sessions. A few days later I had an orientation session with Derek. I ended up training for 9 months with him and he has done an amazing job of pushing me toward my limits and helping me reach the goals I set for myself. In addition to the main floor area, I've taken full advantage of the classes offered. My favorite is Amp'd on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Through the classes, I've made a bunch of friends and even done some OCRs with some of them. My kids come and play with their friends on Saturday mornings in the gym daycare and sometimes we grab a smoothie on the way out. This gym helped change my life and I'm so happy to be part of the community they've created.

Fantastic experience: This review is long overdue. I've been a member since day one. The energetic atmosphere starts as soon as you enter the doors and stays with you your entire time there. Regardless if you're a beginner or have always been active, NRG Lab has the range of equipment and knowledgeable trainers to help you reach your goals. The staff is friendly, the facility is always clean and there is an excellent cafe/ fuel station to reward you at the end of your visit. I would highly recommend NRG lab to everyone.

Fantastic experience: NRG is BY FAR the best gym I have belonged to. I have been with them for almost two years now and do not regret it a bit. There are 3 main things I love about this gym. 1- Friendly staff who actually can remember your name and make recommendations here and there to maximize your goals and experience 2- CLEANLINESS. The place is CLEAN. I have belonged to about 6 gyms over the past 10 years and this gym is the cleanest by far. The Club understands the need for keeping a healthy shop and spends money on staff to keep the place clean not only for the appearance but for safety/health reasons as well. It’s not uncommon to see staff actually steam cleaning the showers a few times a day to actually sterilize them to keep everyone healthy. You also won’t find the typical “gym dust” on the nooks and crannies of any of their equipment. Again, the cleanest I have seen. 3- STEAMROOM. The steamroom is a great way to unwind and relax after a workout while keeping your heart rate up and sweating which cleans out your pours and keeps your skin healthy amongst tons of other benefits. Great club and some may say it’s more expensive than other clubs in the area but you get what you pay for and if you take your workouts and health seriously, the cost is minimal given their equipment, amenities and cleanliness. A+++ and no, I’m not staff nor was asked to write a review. I’m just a happy member that goes there 4-5 days a week. Go and try it out for a day or two and you will join!

Fantastic experience: I love NRG! I’ve never been an athlete and I have never been an avid gym member. Most places I’ve been a member of have not offered anything outstanding to keep me there very long. NRG is completely different from the gyms I’ve been to before. The facility is large, clean, and beautiful. The fact that I could walk in, buy trendy workout gear, get a great workout with the equipment and classes, shower in a more beautiful locker room than I’ve ever seen, get a massage, and leave with a protein shake all in one place is truly incredible. I joined NRG in January of this year and along with much better eating habits (which they can help you with, too) I’ve been able to lose and keep off about 40 pounds. I’m 26 and have never felt so great about my body and health in my life. I love seeing the friendly faces who know my name every day I come in to NRG- it’s what keeps me coming back and I have no intention of leaving any time soon!

Fantastic experience: NRG Lab is a great gym. The atmosphere is great very clean and upscale . The staff is very friendly and helpful. I love that there is something there for everyone and all fitness levels . I love that they carry Aveda the products are amazing . The smoothie bar is awesome so many healthy choices to choose from and the flavors are amazing . Also I'm a stay at home mom so having a daycare option at a gym is a must and my kids love coming with me to work out so they can spend time in the daycare . I would definitely recommend this gym for anyone looking for a great place to work out that is family friendly .

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of NRG since it opened. The staff is wonderful from the front of the house to the back. The facility offers numerous amenities and services. The training staff is top notch. Personal trainers are friendly and motivating to help you reach your fineness goals. NRG offers all types of group fitness classes from early morning to evening to accommodate all life styles. Some of the classes I take are Spin, TRX, Muscle, Cardio Sport, and Boot Camp. New classes are always being added to keep you engaged. One of the new additions that have been doing is Max 30, after a few weeks I have seen great results.

Fantastic experience: NRGLAB is the best! Not only do they have a top notch facility (impeccably clean, expansive layout, towel service and products in locker room, juice bar) but also fantastic trainers and classes. I was going to studios to take classes (spin at one place, barre at another) before NRG, but I take all those classes from top tier instructors right in one place... as part of my membership rate. They also have childcare. I can't say enough good things.. great sense of community and we are lucky to have a place like this in the area!

Fantastic experience: I love the NRG Lab! Nearly a year ago, I made the decision to check it out, and could not be happier with my experience. The facility is impeccably maintained, the class offerings diverse and plentiful, and the staff incredibly welcoming and friendly. The personal trainers and instructors are very supportive and motivational -- and even more importantly, fun! NRG has truly become my home away from home.

Fantastic experience: I love NRG! I have been a member from the beginning and continue to be impressed with the friendly staff, instructors, members and all the amenities. I use the equipment for cardio but spend most of my time in the Pilates studio. All of the Pilates instructors are highly trained and experienced. The individualized attention from the instructors have helped me in developing my strength and practice. I have bleonged to gyms and studios in the past and NRG is the best!

Fantastic experience: By far the most sanitary gym I've been to. The staff is always so helpful and happy! It's a beautiful place and there's so many classes to choose from aside from the equipment. The instructors I've met are passionate about what they do and are always very encouraging.

Fantastic experience: Service and support from well-trained people that care. I have been going to gyms for years and in the end you usually get what you pay for without a doubt. $10 or $20 a month gyms are great if you just want access to aged equipment, maybe you know everything you need to know. However, if you want to go into a gym where you goals are understood, programs are packaged and your needs are the goal, this is the place. In addition, such a variation in workout options, I don’t think boredom is a problem and plateau’s also not a problem. Last but not least, clean facility, service top notch and a positive can do attitude from the patrons, the staff and the ownership!

Fantastic experience: I love NRG! The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The facility is very clean and well kept at all times. I joined NRG because of the Pilates Studio. I've always done pilates mat classes, but never tried the reformer, Cadillac, tower, or chair. Since joining I've been able to to try out all of the apparatus. The Pilates classes challenge me in so many ways that I never thought it could, I always walk out feeling great!!! Lisa

Fantastic experience: I have been a member since they opened and I love it (and I was never a gym person before NRG). Beautiful facility, best equipment, and awesome staff. My favorite part is the group classes: yoga, TRX, spin, they are all fantastic, but there are also a whole bunch of amazing personal trainers if working out in a group isn't your thing. Sometimes though I just go in for the spa services, Angela gives the most amazing facials and the massage options are amazing too.

Fantastic experience: Good gym to work out at. Classes and Trainers are exceptional. Whether you need a facial, laser, waxing, lash enhancements, spray tans (which me and my husband loved for our Florida vacation), makeup app & more...Angela Zatzos from the spa is amazing!!! They also have wonderful massage therapist as well.

Fantastic experience: NRG Lab is the best gym I have ever joined. From the variety of classes to the outstanding trainers (and the yummy smoothies, not to mention the Spiritual Gangster and Lululemon clothing for sale too!), it offers everything you could want in a gym. Fantastic experience: The NRG Lab has been an amazing experience for me. I joined 15 months ago and I have never felt so connected to a gym or a community. The employees and trainers have become like family for me and my wife. We have taken a number of classes and trained with personal trainers since joining this gym and we have seen great results. Fantastic experience: I love the atmosphere here. Within two months I lost 27 pounds and found my passion for working out again. This was due to Laura doing an excellent job at management and keeping the place running top notch. Everything is very clean and the equipment is top of the line. Other facilities in the area should learn from this facility because this place makes those places look like trash. The trainers here actually have talent and are educated unlike the trainers elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to NRG lab for a few months now and I can not say enough good things about it. The classes are top notch, it is impeccably kept, the staff is friendly and make it a point to make you feel comfortable every time you walk in the door. The spa is absolutely awesome and convenient, and they offer a really great nutrition program. I've been working with Eryn to achieve my goals with the Balanced Habits Life program, and she delivers every week with the constant support I need to make healthy meal choices that work with my busy schedule. I couldn't be happier!

Fantastic experience: As a long term member of NRG Lab I can easily say it is one of the most amazing gyms/luxury fitness facilities you will come by. From a warm welcome from Laura or Lisa to a motivational high five from Derek or Luther they make you feel right at home and encouraged! I could not recommended this gym enough! State of the art facilities; locker rooms, equipment, protein shake bar, retail and best of all the classes! And the more importantly the staff keeps the gym impeccably clean! Fantastic experience: NRG is the best health club, ever! I absolutely love being a member there. Not only are the classes the best in the area, the gym is also amazing. Very organized and spacious. My favorite part of NRG is the people. I am always greeted by my first name. The people that work at NRG are the friendliest. The front desk staff, trainers and owner all know me by name. This has been so impressive. I feel like I have a new family at NRG. I am going to encourage my friends and family to join. NRG has changed my life, I am so grateful.
