Fantastic experience: I have been going to this gym for a while now and I have been very successful in its weight loss program. It has helped me lose weight at a reasonable pace and I am feeling a lot better because of it.

Fantastic experience: I have been looking for gym for some time. My friend that has been going innovative heard me talking to someone. He then asked me what I was looking for and I told him. He then proceeded to send me a link. I called them the next day set up a tour and it seemed like everything I wanted. After going on there 7 day trail I loved everything about it and decided to become a member. Thanks to Julio Rivera for recommending to the health club.

Fantastic experience: The facility is great with many options and they have access to so many different classes! I really love the Innov8 classes they have. The instructors are so nice and knowledgeable and very helpful. Special shout out to Becca O. She’s such an awesome facilitator/instructor for those classes. She’s always encouraging me to be my best. She helps to encourage and push me to try harder, she is supportive and always able to help with any questions, and she definitely praises those in her class when they are working hard. She is a big reason why I have been able to achieve my health goals. I appreciate her and all that Innovative has done to help me on my fitness journey.

Fantastic experience: My son had a fear of putting his face and head underwater and within 3 private lessons, the swim instructors at innovative got him over this! He’s made great strides in just 6 lessons! Highly recommend their private lessons for swimming. Nice, clean facility and great swim instructors. I also like that we can pay as we go for classes and schedule via the app at a different time every week, which really helps with a busy family schedule!

Fantastic experience: I've recently joined Innovative Health & Fitness, the staff is friendly, clean facility, I've enjoyed the therapy pool and jacuzzi after my workout, as well as the steam room. I have also tired their yoga class a couple of times. I soon hope to try other classes and maybe even take swimming lessons.

Fantastic experience: When I first went for therapy I was having a lot of pain and problems with my knees and hips. They help me work thru the pain in order to improve my problems. I would recommend this place to anyone. My husband has also gone here for therapy and it helped him tremendously.

Fantastic experience: They've done an excellent job on my hip pain, which a Doctor casually declared was arthritis because of my age. The entire staff seems to be involved in my treatment, even though I am officially assigned to one therapist. Couldn't be happier with their care.

The staff members I have interacted with I’ve been very helpful. I’m very impressed with the amount and variety of equipment. They seem to be a complete package at this facility.

Fantastic experience: This fitness location is super convenient to me. The sellers are good, especially the pools, one hot tub one warm pool and one lap pool. Nice selection of classes.

Fantastic experience: The instructors are very professional, knowledgeable, encouraging and helpful, I was never a gym type person been here a year and a half, loved it ever since. Reasonable, clean, bright, and spacious with quality equipment, a track, pools, hot tub and a nice variety of classes. Staff is friendly and accommodating, no complaints here. Recently started therapy here also, knowledgeable, professional staff, I can sleep again pain free.

Fantastic experience: Recently moved back into the area. Looking for a gym and found Innovative. Great choice! Clean, updated facility. Great variety of equipment. Very clean locker room area. Same goes for the pool and hot tub deck. The trainers are top-notch who perform a good baseline of your physical condition, then build a personal program with your input to get you started in the right direction. The hours of operation can fit most people’s schedule. I’d highly recommend Innovative!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at this gym for probably 2-3 months and I can honestly say I have never had such a great experience at a gym. I absolutely love taking their classes. The instructors are so nice and so helpful and you can tell they really do want to see you succeed. My daughter is nine so she is pretty old for gym daycares, but she actually enjoys going. The daycare workers are very nice and keep her entertained. Innovative fitness just has such a positive vibe overall, and I have never felt more motivated or in this kind of shape in my life. I recommend this gym to everyone!

Everyone I have worked with at Innovative have been very helpful, friendly and professional. I'm truly enjoying going to the gym.

Fantastic experience: I am a returning member to Innovative since leaving due to a move, I can say this is the only gym (in my history) that makes you feel welcome, and completely comfortable. I have other options in the area but to feel comfortable is a ticket to success and that is what Innovative provides. Equipment is up-to-date and working well. Also the idea of the Relax Recovery room is amazing, it has allowed me to reconnect and recover, which is something not a lot of individuals do for themselves. Love it!

Fantastic experience: Sharon is wonderful. She tells you everything she is doing, why she is doing it and even let’s you know if it will hurt (the good kind of hurt). All along the way she lends a bit of humor to help you get through. She and her colleagues work well as a team showing just as much interest in your care. Thanks to all of you!

Fantastic experience: I have gone through a great deal of physical therapy in a number of communities that I lived and worked. Approximately six months ago I joined Innovative Fitness. I recently had a left knee replacement and since I was a member Innovative Physical Therapy was recommended to me by a fellow member. I’m certainly glad I made the move and have been working with therapist Ryan and Thor. The physical advances I have achieved have been remarkable. I highly recommend Ryan and Thor they explain all aspects of the therapy and I could not be more appreciative

Fantastic experience: Innovative is a great place to workout. Great atmosphere and lots of equipment with a large variety of free classes to choose from. I enjoy my sessions with my trainer Liz Moore. She’s a great motivator and has an awesome workout for me each time we meet. I’d recommend Innovative to anyone looking for a great place to get healthy and strong!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at a couple area clubs in the past. Innovative fitness to me is the best. I have been going there for about four years. I usually go in the evenings and it isn’t overly busy and I don’t have to wait to use equipment. The indoor running/walking track is great especially in winter. The main pool area is spacious and warm with some bench seats with jets. There’s also a lap pool and hot tub. I have taken a few classes that were also good, but typically stick with universal weight equipment and treadmills which there are plenty.

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym! The staff is great when you have a question. The trainers are very knowledgeable. There are lots of classes to choose from. The hours are the best. I have been here since the beginning and love it. I like that there is a physical therapy clinic inside the gym so that you can work with them right there if needed both in the gym and/or in the pool.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Innovative Health for years. I am someone who loves to use the bikes, track and pools and hot tub! I love going here to exercise! They have a lot to offer for the price. There are a lot of areas to workout giving people many options depending on their comfortability. If you need help with learning the machines and creating a regime, there are a few training sessions that are free to get you started. If you know what you want, your options are close to endless for working out including all kinds of classes. Everything is pretty spread out so that you don't have to worry about social distancing.

Fantastic experience: I've been to many gyms in the MKE area and Innovative is my favorite of all. The workers are always kind and professional, and there is a variety of fitness classes. The building itself is super modern, and the machines are all up to date - I really appreciate the high-tech lockers as well. I do wish, however, that it was open a bit later on weekends, but other than that everything is great.

Although our membership was free through our Medicare plan the paid memberships are very reasonable. A wide variety of excercise equipment & classes. The place is clean & the staff is very friendly and professional.

Fantastic experience: I work out with a trainer that is very in tune with my life and health. He assesses my goals and helps to keep me motivated. The facility is amazing and has something for all ages from young to the senior citizens. The staff helps make all clients feel respected and gives you an amazing sense of self worth. The staff keeps the facility well cleaned and safe especially as we go through COVID-19 precautions!! I am so happy to be a member of this health club.

Fantastic experience: A fitness center that has kept the highest standards of cleanliness during this pandemic. A Business that not says they put their clients first, but has kept in constant contact with their customers to make sure their needs and concerns are addressed. I have been a member for many years, and throughout that time, Innovative has adapted to the changing needs of its clients, and made sure that the facilities change to fit the needs of old and new members. I would recommend to anyone looking for a fitness center to check out Innovative Health and Fitness.

Fantastic experience: Can't say enough good things about this gym!!! membership fees are as low as it gets!! Classes are the best as it gets!! such a great variety of classes too!! it's just a WOW in all aspects! Clean, very nice looking, above average friendly staff, and AWESOME personal trainers too!!! I also loved their boot camp Friday classes outside this past summer!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Innovative Health and Fitness for about 13 years and I absolutely love it. I use the cardio equipment a lot (treadmill, recumbent bike, etc.) and there Is never a wait for equipment. I really like the track on the second floor. The pool area, consisting of a lap pool, a therapeutic pool and a hot tub, is great. The atmosphere in this area is something special with a wall of windows and a high wood ceiling. And one more thing.... with such a large parking lot, parking is never a problem.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for over 10 years. I love this gym! Its got new, great equipment with plenty of staff around if you need help. The amount of land and water classes is staggering. The club is always clean with everything in good working order. I highly recommend Innovative.

Fantastic experience: The most well maintained and cleanest gym I've ever been a member to. I used to travel for work and I've worked out at gyms all over Wisconsin so I've had my fair share of comparisons. Staff is friendly. Personal trainers are well educated and seem to care about all their clients. Equipment is maintained well and never out of order. Towel service is included. You scan your own card upon entry so there is never a line at the fro t desk. Locker rooms and showers are always clean. Definitely the best gym I've ever had the pleasure to be a member of.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym! Very clean and everyone is very nice. Staff is always so friendly and helpful when I walk in and when I'm leaving. I've taken a few group fitness classes and the instructors are always so helpful and eager to help me if needed. I've trained with Amanda a few times and she is very knowledgeable and makes working out fun! If your looking for a great gym with great people, join Innovative you won't be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: I love this place. I joined for the pool, but frankly I find myself on the workout floor more often than in the water. The equipment's good, and plentiful--I know that since I come typically mid- to late-afternoon, it's likely not as busy as at other times, but I've never had to wait for a machine. Josh, the trainer who oriented me, is great. He eased any uncertainty in beginning 2 years ago; the whole staff is genuinely friendly as well as professional.

Fantastic experience: The pools at Innovative are awesome. Lap pool is great even with the classes going on you can usually get a lane. The therapy pool feels fantastic with the whirlpool jets and the sun coming in through the big windows, the live plants and the soothing music I almost feel like I am on vacation. The hot tub is the cherry on top along with great commerrodery! Feels good to be a member at a great facility!

Fantastic experience: Best gym I've ever been to, hands down. Amazing customer service. Super amazing personal trainers who are so down to earth and understanding. The gym was so clean, you could probably eat off the floor if it wasn't for the people working up a good sweat. You can earn points by attending classes or participating in challenges. It's a good incentive to get you going. Open space, nice pool area with a reading station in the first floor. Its awesome, I cant wait to go back.
