Positive experience: Mens changing room needs to be upgraded. I change in my car. They have a shower area and bathroom. In my opinion someone needs to be on the clock daily to make sure they stay clean and sanitized. Other than that it's a great place to workout everyone is cool and friendly.

Fantastic experience: As a current business owner and competitor in the fitness industry, I’ll start out by mentioning the staffs treatment of guests and gym cleanliness. Core one has accepted my wife and I with open arms during this quarantine. The manager is constantly cleaning while We’re there. Not only is this the cleanest gym in Chattanooga/North Ga, but hands down has the best equipment and more options than you’ll know what to do with. We live a bit out of the way from Ft. Oglethorpe, and our gym is closed, however I think we may get a membership even if we can only train there 1-2 a week. This place is incredible!!!! I’ll be going much more in the future!!!! Thank you core one for understanding this industry IS health and wellness, and most of us personally NEED the gym opposed to simply WANTING to exercise. Therapy at its finest and I owe core one very much for keeping the doors open for its family!

Fantastic experience: By far some of the nicest Staff members I have ever met. One of the best personal trainer I have worked with. I travel all throughout the southeast and never enjoy a class as much as I have hers. All around nice gym!!!

Fantastic experience: Friend lives in the area, so checked out Core One with them. Nice facility for lifting with several racks and nice selection of dumbbells. Took advantage of a guest pass for the week. Very nice staff.

Fantastic experience: I come down from Canada and travel across the country on business, changing cities daily looking for a place to workout at every stop. I found this little gem and have been back twice and for good reason. First and more importantly the customer service. There's a kind, welcoming and energetic team working there. They actually remembered me from my last visit which was months before. I had a chance to meet and chat with the owner who was very interested in hearing what I had to say about his facility. Come to this gym if you want to work out and not be judged on how hard you work out. Most cookie cutter commercial gyms are more concerned with the look of their facility than whether or not their members actually make a positive change. This gym understands it takes hard work to make change, so come here and sweat, grunt, lift and use chalk without being demonized for not meeting a special standard the gym implements to celebrate mediocrity. And if you're the quiet shy type this place is great for you too. People come here to train, so they're not concerned with what other people are doing so there's no intimidation. You might call this place "old school". Well if old school means come and train how hard you need to without being judged or feeling ashamed in any way then you can stop looking for a great place to workout. I will be back, that's for sure!

Fantastic experience: If you live in or visit northern Georgia or the Chattanooga area, a visit to this gym is a must! My son and I stumbled across it this past weekend while I was visiting. They have all the machines a bodybuilder could ask for plus a whole room dedicated to boxing and an octagon! The facility is clean, equipment is well maintained, the staff is super friendly, and there is ample parking. As an added bonus, the manager even spotted us day passes to thank my son for his military service. I couldn't have hoped for a better experience. And a special note for you ladies, the clientele were also very respectful and appropriately friendly. I felt safe and respected during my entire workout.

Fantastic experience: Friendly environment! Hot as hell some days, but definitely worth going.

Positive experience: There is alot of machines and free weights and a big cage.The main thing is there isn't much room to work out since you have to wait to use the machines sometimes and the changing room and bathrooms are upstairs.Over all its a descent place to go to just a tight fit.
