Workout Anytime East Ridge TN

Fantastic experience: Really nice gym, just wish they had a little more equipment so you don’t have to wait so long for a machine/rack when they’re busy. A pendulum squat machine and maybe a t-bar row machine would be great to add . The only other thing that would make me consider switching gyms is they don’t have a basketball court but overall the equipment is nice and a lot better environment than planet fitness with their purple haired woke staff members and “lunk alarms”

Fantastic experience: I workout at this gym every weekend and have sessions with the personal trainer Ethan he is very knowledgeable and creative when it comes to my training sessions. The gym is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful! I would recommend this gym to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Great gym for the price. 2 squat racks/deadlift platforms. Can get busy sometimes but everyone is pretty considerate. Super clean.

Fantastic experience: I feel very comfortable going to WOA. I love the staff as they are friendly. and the fact that with my membership I can have a one on one with a trainer. Every time I visit I feel as if I am becoming a little bit healthier, as this is my goal. I have been told the Weight will come along with it. Thank you East Ridge Staff

Fantastic experience: I enjoy going to this gym. I’d say it’s in between Planet Fitness and Golds Gym in the spectrum of gyms regarding the feeling you get when you walk in and the type of members that are there.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! The staff is friendly, it’s very clean and it’s never too crowded. Great facility. The hydro massage is worth the premium membership!

Fantastic experience: It's a safe place to go, for the parking lot is just outside the front door, which should not be taken for granted as an exhausted member can be at risk after a good workout.

Positive experience: Clean, newer facility with ALL dumbbells weights up to 100# (anybody that's been to N.Shore knows what I mean lol). Much different crowd at this facility and we really like the layout. Overall different experience but good

Fantastic experience: This is my favorite of all the workout anytime gyms! Shavon (im not sure how to spell her name) keeps it so neat and her staff def take their time to make sure the gym is kept up to her standards!!! If you are near East Ridge I def think its worth stopping by!!! would give more stars if possible... 20/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: I LOVE the East Ridge location!!! The New Zealand girl and the Asian girl are both SO SWEET!!! They are always willing to help and show me how to use machines! If you haven't visited this location I super recommend it!!! I would give it more that 5 stars if I could!

Fantastic experience: This gym is one of the cleanest and convenient gyms around town. Staff is extremely friendly with no problems answering questions or helpful advise! I’ve been going to this Workout Anytime from the first day they opened it and it’s still the best one I been to yet. I can’t get enough of it and I’m sure anyone else won’t either!

Fantastic experience: The equipment is in amazing and shape and the gym in all is super clean. The staff does a great job keeping everything in check. Not mention they’re super helpful with any questions I’ve ever had. 10/10 gym!!

Fantastic experience: There is a lot of things about this gym that I love …….the cleanliness, the equipment so easy to manage, the homey atmosphere, but the manager, Siobhan, is exceptional in the way she makes everyone feel welcome, gives everyone such personal attention and encouragement and meets everyone’s needs above and beyond expectations!

The staff are super friendly, and it always smells really clean. The manager, Siobhan, is also super helpful and always goes above and beyond for the members!!

Fantastic experience: Love this place. We own our own gym for youth, but this is where we get our machine work done. Love that it's anytime and hydrobed rocks.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Quality I am a normal member at the lafayette location since its close to work, but I go to the east ridge location on weekends and the facility is very clean with a wide range of equipment, universal and free weight. The staff here is very friendly and are quick to answer any questions.

The staff also does a phenomenal job of keeping the facility very clean and neat. My husband and I have really enjoyed working out here.

Fantastic experience: So excited about this gym 2 blocks from my home! It is state of the art, furnished with all sorts of machines, and I LOVE it. Plus, I can get a massage 2 times a day. The hydromassage chair is truly the best invention since the microwave oven! They also have tanning beds if that is your thing. The staff is cordial and attentive as well. I've got to go now. It's time to go to the gym.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Quality Best bang for the buck in my opinion. If you don't use or need any special equipment, there's no reason to spend $60-$70 on a sports club. Plus it's very close to home for me and I can avoid the traffic.

They are always cleaning! There is lots of equipment here that is not at the other gyms. I love coming here everyday!

Fantastic experience: I love my gym! It’s always so clean. It has a variety of equipment so I can get whatever workout I’m planning in for the day. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I’m a newbie so when I have questions about machines they never hesitate to help me learn how to use them. I’ve been at many times of day and the atmosphere is always positive and nonjudgmental.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym with great staff. Gym is new. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They have some stuff I have never used before and love it. I hate cardio but they have bikes that is like playing a game. Get your cardio in and actually have fun doing it is awesome. Gym is very clean and well kept. If you are looking for something to hit a muscle group different but don't know what to do. Ask the staff. They have some great input that might become a new fav for you.

Fantastic experience: I just joined at workout anytime, and I already ABSOLUTELY love it! The staff is super friendly and helpful! (We had Ashleigh Brackett, and she was SP sweet and helpful!) She not only showed my friend and I around, but she explained everything to us and how everything works. She was all around awesome and super helpful! 10/10 recommend Workout anytime to anyone who wants to freely workout and on their own time!
